En general servicio de primera.
Pros:

A excepción de la confianza de que tendría estacionamiento, desconocía que era por llegada. Solo me parecería importante mencionar eso en cuanto a ello.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado tardo demasiado en enfriar, desconozco si era un tema de mantenimiento o solo pudo ser mi percepción.

Lack of communication, big amount of excuses and toilet was certainly in a bad condition, no hot water upon arrival we had to request for it, big amount of sunflies and mosquitoes, kudos to the maintenance guy but seems no manager check the rooms prior arrival. I was i touch with someone via e mail. Super attentive but not the same attention on property. I was not informed about restaurant operation hours so we had to no chance to eat on property, i ring the bell 4 times before i left the key in the reception

El espacio tradicional rustico

Cons:

La entrada al estacionamiento es muy angosto, de difícil acceso
El hotel tiene dos secciones en diferente lugar. Uno donde está la administración que es bello como se muestra en las imágenes, pero la segunda sección está muy húmeda encerrada y la puerta de difícil cerradura
En la habitación encontramos una cucaracha, no hay agua caliente, no hay shampoo, ni agua de cortesía

El servicio de desayuno incluído no lo sirvieron
