Pésimo WiFi, se desconectaba o marcaba "conectado sin internet", La chapa del baño estaba zafada, se les pidió en recepción la arreglaran (bastaba atornillar) y nunca lo hicieron.

Wonderful location and very friendly staff

The terrace in front of our room overlooks the Zocalo and the view was incredible . The staff was very friendly and helpful

The location of the hotel was great, very central within walking distance from everything.

Cons:

Initially we were given a terrace room but we weren't informed it was loud. You can hear every noise from the street as if there were no windows, including the club next door. We went to the front desk and the have us an inner room and it was much better.

Gran estadía, gran ubicación.
Pros:

La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, bonita, acogedora, estaba muy bien equipada, además de que nuestro balcón tuvo vista a una de las calles principales del centro. Lo que más nos gustó fue la limpieza y la amabilidad de las personas que están a cargo, siempre sonrientes y dispuestas, nos cambiaban las toallas y recogían la basura todos los días. Afuera del hotel hay muchos servicios básicos muy útiles, el hotel está muy centrico y limpio.

Cons:

El personal de recepción por el contrario fueron distantes y no atentas. Muchas veces al entrar me preguntaban ¿está usted hospedada? dudando o casi negándome el acceso. El bellboy también no tan atento con el estacionamiento, siempre teníamos que esperar un tiempo considerable para encontrarlo. Esperábamos un poco más de empatía y amabilidad, como debería ser dentro de un dpto. que está destinado al servicio, como lo es recepción.

Cons:

En otros hoteles en cuanto sales te dan tu factura, a mí no me la han mandado y no me responden.
Las sábanas están percudidas, el pasador que va por dentro de la puerta no servía, y la ventana que da al pasillo no cerraba con seguro, cuando llegas con el auto tienes que esperar a que alguien te vea para que salgan a recibirte el auto.

Habitaciones cómodas y limpias
Pros:

Esta muy bien el hotel, todo muy limpio y moderno a pesar de que es uno de los mas antiguos de Córdova, la cama era muy cómoda. El baño estaba bien. Volvería a reservar sin dudarlo.
