Excelente hotel
El baño muy pequeño
La atención del personal fue extraordinaria, todos super amables y serviciales.
Algo que no tomé en cuenta es que al ser zona centro en fin de semana hay ruido hasta la madrugada, entonces si tienes el sueño muy ligero, toma eso en cuenta.
La ubicación es buena, tiene todo cerca, una bonita vista y el personal es muy amable. La habitación es confortable, está bien en relación al costo.
Se escucha todo el ruido en las noches y el la mañana muy temprano.
La atención profesional, calidad y pragmática.
El amble recibimiento y la atención de los empleados todo el tiempo. Muy bien.

Nos tocó una habitación con buena vista al centro
Muy pequeña la habitación, me sentí atrapada, apretada y no disfruté la estancia

Pésimo WiFi, se desconectaba o marcaba "conectado sin internet", La chapa del baño estaba zafada, se les pidió en recepción la arreglaran (bastaba atornillar) y nunca lo hicieron.

Main entrance locked at night, they can possibly give you a key for the main entrance!
The terrace in front of our room overlooks the Zocalo and the view was incredible . The staff was very friendly and helpful

The location of the hotel was great, very central within walking distance from everything.
Initially we were given a terrace room but we weren't informed it was loud. You can hear every noise from the street as if there were no windows, including the club next door. We went to the front desk and the have us an inner room and it was much better.
