Non sicuranre un 5 stelle!
Pros:

La struttura in sé è bella, le parti comuni sono più curate delle stanze che avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore manutenzione: alcuni interruttori non funzionano, ci sono le coperture trasparenti degli armadi strappate a metà, macchie indefinite sui divanetti e rattan dei mobili macchiato o ammuffito.

Cons:

La colazione è stata assolutamente sotto le aspettative. Pochissima scelta, il tè e il caffè sono già pronti e tenuti caldi con delle stufette, il che li rende imbevibili. Anche la scelta dei dolci e del pane è imbarazzante.

La comida terrible. Desayuno buffet bastante malo, seria mejor un desayuno a la carta o mejora de calidad. Cenamos varios días a la carta y también muy pésimo, nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en booking

Quando ho prenotato la struttura risultava a350 metri dal centro di Dambulla, nella realtà la struttura risultava a 17 km dal centro del villaggio in una zona completamente lontana da tutto. Se non chiamavi un taxi non potevi muoverti da lì. Oltre questo, il direttore ha fatto finta di scusarsi dicendo che ci avrebbe fatto un upgrade della camera e ci avrebbe fatto uno sconto che abbiamo solo scoperto alla fine che era di 3000 Rupie ovvero 7 €...in pratica una presa in giro, la camera che ci hanno dato, tralaltro, aveva le pareti del bagno piene di muffa !!! Il buffet della colazione veramente ridicolo., la piscina sporca che abbiamo dovuto chiedere di pulire pilrima di potere fare il bagno...E questo sarebbe un 5 stelle? Assolutamente no, non andate

I was expecting more…
Pros:

The quite environnement with flowers and pond, the swimming pool, the room was confortable and spacious

Cons:

The equipement and chalet could be refreshed, bathroom was not clean, food at restaurant had nothing special…I expected a higher level for a 5* hotel
