Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein kleines Paradies. Als wir da waren, war wenig los. Wir haben uns dort wunderbar erholt nach unserem Dschungel Tripp. Das Essen war fantastisch und ausgefallen. Wir wurden auch nach Wünschen gefragt und auch vegetarisches Essen war kein Problem. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und die vielen Vögel waren ein echtes Highlight. Die Zimmer sind gut gepflegt. Oben im Empfangsbereich gibt es zahlreiche tolle Hängematten zum entspannen.

Cons:

Die Mücken Netze über den Betten sehen zwar schön aus, sind aber nicht sehr funktionional. Einfache Netze mit Reißverschluss wären besser. So wurden Mücken und Co nicht abgehalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr warm und stickig.

Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und möchten besonders das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal hervorheben. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig und bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit, dem Alltag zu entfliehen und Ruhe zu finden. Das Essen war ebenfalls gut und besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass jederzeit kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser zur Verfügung standen. Sehr positiv war auch die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge direkt über das Hotel zu buchen. Dabei wurde sich komplett um die Organisation sowie den Hin- und Rücktransport gekümmert, sodass wir uns um nichts weiter kümmern mussten.

Cons:

Bei den Zimmern gibt es allerdings noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Sie waren sehr dunkel und eher einfach ausgestattet. Ein paar zusätzliche Dinge wie Nachttische, Nachttischlampen oder etwas mehr Komfort würden den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer machen. Auch das Zimmer und das Badezimmer hatten einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch, was vermutlich mit der besonderen Lage im Amazonas zusammenhängt. Das Hotel hat unserer Meinung nach eine sehr gute Grundbasis, aus der man noch einiges machen könnte. Gerade weil es in der Umgebung nicht besonders viele Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung gibt, wären beispielsweise ein hergerichteter Pool, ein Billardtisch, Sitzmöglichkeiten im Obergeschoss oder verschiedene Spiele eine schöne Ergänzung.

Un buon posto nella foresta amazzonica
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e curata a mezz’ora di navigazione nella foresta. Buone le escursioni. Staff sempre presente e super disponibile.

Cons:

Il cibo era molto buono e fresco. Le aspettative rispetto al buffet sono state un po deluse, perché le scelte erano 2 e comunque ripetitive.

Die Natur ganz nah zu haben.

Cons:

Unfreundlicher Herr an der Reception. Runtergekommene Anlage. Ensoricht nicht dem, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Zu teuer für was man kriegt.

Una experiencia inolvidable en medio de la selva amazónica

Nuestra estadía en el Biohotel Arara fue una experiencia inolvidable. Desde la llegada a la oficina en Leticia recibimos una atención muy especial, organizada, cálida y amable, lo que desde el inicio nos hizo sentir muy bien acompañados.

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, en medio de la selva, ideal para desconectarse, descansar y vivir de cerca la naturaleza amazónica. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y muy agradables, perfectas para descansar después de cada actividad. En general, todo el ambiente del lugar permite disfrutar la selva con tranquilidad, comodidad y seguridad.

También queremos resaltar los planes organizados con el hotel. Disfrutamos mucho la visita a la Isla de los Micos, el recorrido a Puerto Nariño y el avistamiento de delfines, experiencias muy especiales que nos permitieron conocer mejor la riqueza natural y cultural del Amazonas.

De manera especial, destacamos la visita a la comunidad Arara con Manuel, quien se tomó el tiempo para explicarnos, orientarnos y ayudarnos a comprender mejor la selva, su vida, sus sonidos, sus plantas y su importancia. Su acompañamiento hizo que la experiencia fuera mucho más significativa.

En el hotel recibimos una atención cálida y amable por parte de Dayana, siempre pendiente de nuestro bienestar. También queremos destacar la sazón del chef José, cuyas preparaciones hicieron aún más grata nuestra estadía.

En resumen, el Biohotel Arara ofrece una experiencia única: comodidad, buena atención, excelente ubicación y la posibilidad de vivir el Amazonas de una manera auténtica y memorable. Sin duda, un lugar para recomendar.

Beautiful but too pricey.
Pros:

The property is gorgeous and will provide a relaxing environment, more if it’s a nice weekend with your romantic partner. The chef was amazing and the food was incredible.

Cons:

Although expected, there are no means to repel mosquitoes and it definitely made it to stay at the bar quite uncomfortable. Although installations are amazing I would not recommend any of the tours offered. Totally overpriced and overrated for what it actually was.

Critica al Propietario.
El dinero no lo es todo y las costumbres o en este caso el ecosistema se ha de respetar
No puede ser que lleguemos y veamos a un grupo con una proyección de de national geografic acerca de la tierra para concienciar y que después a las 4 de la madrugada estén con la música a todo gas y borrachos y un señor con el altavoz gritando que lo que pase en el amazonas se queda en el amazonas alentando a la gente a la promiscuidad.
Como viajero experimentado que me considero no hay mayor goce que respetar a donde vas, es una critica para el empresario, el dinero no lo es todo.
Volveremos pero cuando no haya grupos de empresa, prometido😃
