Super Lage

Cons:

Haben das Ticino Ticket leider erst auf nachträgliche Anfrage, somit zu spät erhalten.
Hätte mit gewünscht, dass man uns die Karte automatisch und ohne mein " Nachhacken" gibt.

Modernes Designer Hotel in guter Lage

Modernes Design, gute Lage, gleich am Bhf. Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer unter dem Dach mit kleinen Fenster und Klimaanlage hatte schwer zu kämpfen, aber es war ok.
Ticino Ticket wurde zu spät bereit gestellt.

Perfekte Wahl für Städtetrip
Pros:

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lage perfekt für Anreise mit dem Zug. Gesamte Hoteleinrichtung inklusive der Zimmer sehr schick und sehr sauber.

Das Personal war überaus sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Leider nicht im Hotel Binario übernachtet, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Ich durfte das Hotel wechseln und wurde in Hotel City einquartiert. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank.

Die Klimaanlage auch im Hotel City defekt!

Allgemein Lage super, sehr schöne Zimmer und ein schönes Bad sowie leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Nah am Bahnhof, was praktisch ist aber auch etwas laut.
