Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht in diesem sehr angenehmen Hotel ,wir besuchten das Moon and Stars.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Gipfeli schmeckten fantastisch und das Servicepersonal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral in Locarno und direkt am Bahnhof. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe und auch preislich ok. Das Hotel ist sehr klein, das Zimmer welches wir hatten (4) hatte ein grosses Bad (Behinderten gerecht), einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Safe. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein. Klimaanlage war gut und leise.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein. Man kann gerade so um das Bett laufen. Für 2 Personen mit Gepäck wird es eng im Zimmer. Und auch das Fenster ist sehr klein und kann nur gekippt werden. Das Fenster ist genau gegenüber eines Cafés, somit konnten wir auch den Vorhang nicht öffnen. Für mehr als 1-2 Nächte wäre das Zimmer für uns zu klein.

Alles hat mir bei der Auswahl dieses Hotels gefallen : die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die moderne Austattung des Hauses, die Sauberkeit, gleich neben dem Bahnhof und trotzdem sehr ruhig, das sehr feine Frühstück.

Cons:

Für mich war alles perfekt.

Wunderbares Hotel direkt beim Bahnhof
Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes, bestens gelegenes Hotel. Sehr ruhig, man hört weder die Züge noch irgendetwas vom Korridor oder anderen Zimmern. Ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet mit grosszügiger Auswahl. Herzliches, sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Top Lage, gute Ausstattung, Achtung beim Zimmer 13 und den Temperaturen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und es ist sehr ruhig. Auch das Interieur ist sehr ansprechend und vor allem die Mitarbeiterinnen haben alle ihr bestes gegeben. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung funktionierte ebenfalls tadellos.
Gute, professioneller Umgang mit einem Problem (Zu heiss im Zimmer) inkl. Entschädigungsofferten.

Cons:

Das Eckzimmer Nr. 13 war während unserem Aufenthalt im Sommer 2026 trotz laufender Klimaanlage in der Sommerhitze leider zu warm zum Schlafen. Nach unserer Reklamation reagierte das Hotel jedoch sehr professionell: Wir erhielten für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Zimmer, das angenehm klimatisiert war. Die Mitarbeitenden waren jederzeit freundlich und bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden.
Schade war jedoch, dass dieser Missstand vermutlich bekannt war, da ein zusätzlicher Turmventilator im Zimmer 13 gewesen ist.
