Pros:

フタッフさんの対応が大変良かったです。
お部屋も清潔でしたし快適でした。
元々朝ごはん付きのプランではなかったのですが、チェックインの際に付ける事が出来、とても美味しかったです。
またチェックイン前でも駐車場に車を停めさせていただける事とチェックアウト後も14時30分まで車を置かせていただけたので、ゆっくり観光をする事が出来ました。

Cons:

上のお部屋の足音が響きましたが、
音が気になって寝れないという程ではではありません。
