Очень ухоженный, чистый, тенистый отель. Вкусные и обильные завтраки, отличные новые маски для снорклинга без дополнительной оплаты. Очень тихо ( муэдзинов не слышно, что редкость). Отзывчивый персонал.

Fuimos a Gili Air inicialmente por dos noches, sin tener claro si después seguiríamos allí o cambiaríamos de isla. Nuestra idea era valorar si movernos a otra isla, pero nos gustó tanto nuestro primer hotel que decidimos quedarnos más días. Como ya no tenían disponibilidad, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento y encontramos Isla Bonita, que por las fotos nos pareció una buena opción. El baño se veía original y la habitación parecía más que aceptable.

Sin embargo, al llegar la primera impresión no fue buena. Nos sorprendió ver a parte del personal literalmente tumbado en el suelo en la entrada. Nos atendió un chico que fue amable y nos recibió con una bebida de bienvenida, pero el resto del personal permaneció allí detrás tumbado, lo que resultó bastante extraño.

La estancia en sí fue decepcionante. Todo se veía bastante deteriorado y mucho más envejecido de lo que mostraban las fotos. El baño mantenía la estética que habíamos visto online, pero en un estado muy descuidado. Incluso la taza del váter no estaba bien fijada: al sentarte se movía constantemente y el respaldo se vencía, cayéndote literalmente sobre la espalda.

Otro punto preocupante fue la gestión de las llaves. Una noche llegamos sobre las 21:00 y no había nadie en recepción. Habíamos dejado nuestra llave allí y no sabíamos cómo recuperarla, hasta que recurrimos a un chico del hotel de delante que nos la entregó. Es cierto que previamente nos habían enviado un mensaje por WhatsApp indicando que podíamos cogerla nosotros mismos, pero sinceramente no transmite mucha seguridad dejar la llave de una habitación, donde tienes todas tus pertenencias, al alcance de cualquiera. Precisamente dejas la llave en recepción esperando que quede guardada de forma segura.

Como punto positivo, el desayuno estaba bastante bien y los chicos que lo atendían por la mañana fueron muy amables y agradables, haciendo la experiencia algo mejor.

The place is perfect. Zen and the staff were super helpful and they work hard to keep all the customers happy. In the room there are beach towels and masks for snorkelling + all the amenities and toiletries needed. Just 2 min away from the beach and in a very quiet area. Highly recommended!

Nos gustó mucho el ambiente, se sentía muy cómodo llegar al alojamiento después del sol y la playa. Tienen la piscina super limpia para poder bañarte incluso cuando ya no hay sol. Los desayunos muy muy ricos. Destacamos a los trabajadores y la trabajadora, son super amables y atentos. Siempre con una sonrisa y buena actitud. El alojamiento estaba limpio, te limpiaban la habitación si lo requerías. Además tienen 3 gatitas por el jardín que son muy simpáticas. De 10

La qualité du service, le personnel etait très gentil et vraiment au petit soin et trèsdisponible.
C'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour déconnecter, l'endroit est calme est très joli à 2 minutes de la mer avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil

Hele fijne kleinschalige accomodatie met super vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt, fijn zwembad. We hadden de familiekamer en die was mooi.

Le personnel était incroyable notamment Zen et son équipe qui a été au petit soin sur notre séjour a Gili Air. Gentils et serviables ils ont été un vrai plus. L’emplacement était parfait, car en retrait mais vraiment à deux pas de la plage. L’hôtel était également très bien tenu avec beaucoup d’attention à quelques petits détails et services qui changent le séjour

I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without this place. Staying here completely changed my Gili Air experience! A huge shout-out to the manager, Zen, who went above and beyond. He taught me how to ride a scooter and hooked me up with the best snorkeling tours, local eats, and sunset spots. He basically curated my entire island life!
The hotel itself is incredibly charming and aesthetic. It's hands down the cutest and cleanest place on the island—I didn't see a single bug the whole time, which is impressive for Gili. If you’re looking for a spotless stay with top-tier service, this is the place!
