Het bed was wel echt aan de harde kant en sliep niet heel lekker.
Le personnel était incroyable notamment Zen et son équipe qui a été au petit soin sur notre séjour a Gili Air. Gentils et serviables ils ont été un vrai plus. L’emplacement était parfait, car en retrait mais vraiment à deux pas de la plage. L’hôtel était également très bien tenu avec beaucoup d’attention à quelques petits détails et services qui changent le séjour

I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without this place. Staying here completely changed my Gili Air experience! A huge shout-out to the manager, Zen, who went above and beyond. He taught me how to ride a scooter and hooked me up with the best snorkeling tours, local eats, and sunset spots. He basically curated my entire island life!
The hotel itself is incredibly charming and aesthetic. It's hands down the cutest and cleanest place on the island—I didn't see a single bug the whole time, which is impressive for Gili. If you’re looking for a spotless stay with top-tier service, this is the place!
El lugar supera con mucho las expectativas. Piscina paradisiaca, buen mantenimiento, jardín acogedor, zonas comunes cuidadas y un excelene desayuno. El personal superamabla y servicial. Todo perfecto. Nos sentimos muy afortunadxs por haber dado con este lugar para nuestra estancia.

I booked this for my daughter for her birthday treat whilst she is travelling South East Asia. She absolutely loved the hotel, the location and everything about it.
I messaged the hotel from England to ask if they could arrange a birthday cake for her and they could not have been more helpful. So glad I chose the hotel for her.
Fantastic small hotel right by the beach. The rooms are newly renovated and there are really nice touches that make the difference - snorkeling gear, beach bag, hats!
The breakfast is super tasty and the portions are good.
Staff is fabulous - really kind, helpful. We loved staying there!

Personnel très serviable, j’ai oublié des boucles d’oreilles dans la chambre et ils me les ont renvoyé sur Bali sans aucuns frais à payer.
Les chambres sont nettoyés tous les jours. La piscine est top !
La literie manquait de confort. Les hamacs dans le jardin sont très beaux mais pas très agréables lorsqu’on est allongé dedans. C’est dommage.

This place has such an amazing vibe - me and my friends absolutely loved it. The pool, the lush green plants, and the whole pink-and-blue aesthetic feel so feminine and beautiful. It’s truly a special spot, especially for a girls’ trip.
No water in the room, need to go to lobby but at night it’s not working and water runs out sometimes
