Disappointing Stay with Poor Cleanliness & Service
Pros:

It’s difficult to highlight what went well, as the overall experience was quite disappointing. During the day, the staff present were reasonably polite and did eventually accommodate my request to change rooms, but only after I had to explain that I specifically booked the hotel because it had a lift due to travelling with a pram. Despite this, I was initially placed on the third floor, where the lift does not reach. It only goes up to the second floor, leaving guests to use very narrow, steep and twisting stairs to access the third floor, which felt unsafe and highly impractical with a baby and pram.

I also requested a kettle during the day, but it never arrived. When I followed this up again later with the night staff, the response was unhelpful and dismissive despite me having a baby with me. I then had to ask once more the following morning before finally receiving it. Unfortunately, that was one of the very few positive outcomes from the stay.

Cons:

The issues started as soon as we entered the first room on the third floor. There were dead flies on the floor, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The air conditioning also did not work, and when this was reported, we were simply advised to open the window instead. However, the window opened extremely wide and did not feel safe whatsoever, especially while travelling with a baby. Even for an adult, it felt like a serious safety concern.

The bedding was also not clean to a satisfactory standard. The pillowcases and duvet had visible marks and stains on them, which led me to request replacements. Due to the combination of issues, we ultimately decided to change rooms entirely.

Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. There was visible mould around the window area, which had initially been hidden behind the curtains so we did not notice it straight away. It was only the following morning, when opening the curtains, that we discovered it. By then, we had already unpacked and settled in for the night. Moving rooms again with a baby would have been extremely inconvenient and stressful.

The cleanliness standards throughout the stay were disappointing. The floor felt dirty and sticky despite being told the room was cleaned daily. The beds were uncomfortable, and once again the pillows had visible marks on them, requiring us to ask for replacements.

The air conditioning also did not work properly in the second room either.

The shower experience was honestly awful. The water pressure was extremely low, with barely any water coming through. To make matters worse, the first time we turned the shower on, small insects started crawling out, which was incredibly unsettling. Staff did come to clean it and reassured us it was fine to use afterwards, but knowing insects had come out of the shower left us feeling uncomfortable for the remainder of the stay.

Wir haben keine Babybett bekommen und der Eingang war sehr schwer mit einem Kinderwagen durchzukommen da es mehrere Stufen hatte. Nie wieder.

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Расположение очень удобное. Приветливый и вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Не хватает столика. В холодильнике нет полок. Немного лучше убираться (под кроватью толстый слой пыли). Можно поставить микроволновку на 1 этаже.
