Very Cozy close to Haga Sofiya
Pros:

Very cozy, warm wooden colors, 24 hours receptionist. Very comfortable room and did not miss anything.

A rooftop terrace good for morning coffees with gorgeous ocean views and the skyline of the oldtown of Istanbul.

Room Rate was very affordable compared to other Hotels.

Slept very well. Easily to walk to all the famous sights in Istanbul like Haga Sofiya and Sultan Ahmet Mosque.

Cons:

The staff could not speak English. They had to rely on their phone for translation.

Its was a nice stay in Istanbul i would go over and over again

Ik blijf niet in deze hotel
Pros:

Ik betal week maar niet blijven gelijk weg naar andere hotel
Die is viest hotel en geen lift en ver jaamer de foto is helemaal niet waar nep foto

A visszaigazolt foglalás ellenére nem kaptuk meg a szobánkat, a helyzet kezelése pedig számunkra elfogadhatatlan volt.

Sajnos kevés pozitívumot tudunk kiemelni a tapasztalataink alapján

Cons:

A szobát több mint egy hónappal korábban lefoglaltuk, mégis érkezéskor közölték, hogy nincs szabad hely számunkra. Ez rendkívül kellemetlen helyzetet teremtett. Ezután egy másik szállodát próbáltak ajánlani, amelyet luxushotelként mutattak be, de a pontos árakról és feltételekről nem adtak egyértelmű tájékoztatást. Úgy éreztük, hogy egy drágább szállás elfogadására próbálnak rávenni minket. Emellett a környék sem felelt meg az elvárásainknak, nem éreztük magunkat különösebben komfortosan vagy biztonságban. A kommunikáció és a foglalás kezelése csalódást okozott.

Pros:

This was my fifth stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say it still feels like the best choice for me. I’ve stayed in other areas of Istanbul, but I love this location the most. It’s perfect, very convenient, and I’ve become so used to staying here that it feels like my home whenever I visit the city.
The staff has always been kind and helpful, and I’ve had another great experience. Thank you for everything! I will definitely be back.
