Die Unterkunft hat eine zentrale Lage. Orte wie Eminönü und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man problemlos und schnell erreichen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Auch bei kleinen Problemen wurde sofort versucht, eine Lösung zu finden.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zwar nicht unbedingt modern, entspricht aber dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Einzige, was unseren Aufenthalt etwas unangenehm gemacht hat, war ein unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer. Wir mussten darauf hinweisen, dass dieser aus dem Abfluss kam. Das Problem wurde jedoch umgehend behoben.

The location is beautiful, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Yataklar sırtımıza batıyor belimizi ağrıyor. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum güvenli değil konumu çok kötü. Söyle diğimiz halde Temizlik yapmıyorlar çok gezdim onlara. Asansörü yok.

Staff are very polite and friendly and are available 24 hours a day. They speak only Turkish/Russian but Google translate helped us through our 5-night stay in Istanbul. Location is very very central with all major attractions within aalking distance (15-20 mins).

Cons:

The bathroom smelled really bad that we couldn’t breathe in there. We complained at reception but there was nothing they could do, so it made the stay very unpleasant. The room was a bit small as well with hardly any space to open even 2 suitcases, although I’d say it’s still good for how central the location is.
