I had an excellent stay, warm manager, great breakfast every morning, comfortable room.
Pros:

From the very first day the manager would always greet with a smile, ready to help for any requests. The breakfast was an added plus. Location is in Sultanahmet having many cafes and restaurants nearby. The Havaist bus stop to and fro from Istanbul airport is close by too. I would highly recommend it.

Cons:

The yellow lights in my room, the floral wallpaper, and late night voices from the room above.

Okay but wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was close to the Blue Mosque so convenience was amazing!

Cons:

We were put in a basement room and you could hear the cars at night on the road so we literally couldn’t sleep well. The room could have also been cleaner and the bathroom was smelly when we arrived. The guy at the front desk was also not that nice. I have three kids and two of them are under 5. The front desk guy gave such an attitude because my kids would play around and they were a little jumpy. Booking.com claimed this hotel was family friendly and great for families but that didn’t seem like it to me. The breakfast could have also been a little better but for the price, it is good.

Прекрасный отель в самом сердце Султанахмета! Остались только самые приятные впечатления. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — невероятно доброжелательные, внимательные и отзывчивые люди. Всегда с улыбкой, готовы помочь, подсказать и сделать всё, чтобы отдых был максимально комфортным. Именно такое отношение создаёт особую атмосферу и заставляет чувствовать себя не просто гостем, а желанным человеком.

Сам отель очень уютный, приятный и атмосферный. Отличное расположение — всё самое интересное буквально рядом. В целом впечатления исключительно положительные, и с удовольствием остановились бы здесь ещё раз!

А в остальном — отличное место, замечательные люди и прекрасное впечатление от проживания! Однозначно рекомендуем! ❤️🇹🇷

Cons:

Единственный небольшой нюанс — если вы приезжаете на машине, будьте готовы немного покрутиться 😄 С подъездом оказалось непросто: несколько раз нас просили проехать дальше, и в итоге мы три раза объезжали окрестности, прежде чем нашли, как нормально подъехать к отелю. Но это скорее особенность исторического центра Стамбула, а не минус самого отеля.

Хороший бюджетный отель в самом центре Стамбула! В 10 минутах ходьбы главные достопримечательности города и множество заведений и магазинов.
Есть кондиционер в комнатах, что летом было очень важно для нас.
Персоналу отдельное спасибо за дружелюбие, раннее заселение и небольшой подарок при выселении!🫶🏻

Premetto che eravamo in quattro e avevamo prenotato due camere King ma al nostro arrivo il signore che era alla reception ci ha portato in una struttura vicina dicendo che c'era stato un problema e ci avrebbe sistemato lì. Si trattava di un appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore strutturato su due livelli con una camera da letto nell'open space dove c'era la cucina e con un solo bagno tra l'altro che emanava un cattivissimo odore e il tutto con un mediocre stato di pulizia. Dopo vari tentativi di comunicare e cercare una soluzione con il signore che tra l'altro parlava solo turco lo stesso ci ha lasciato in strada e se ne è tornato nell'hotel dicendo che se volevamo era così o potevamo andarcene. A quel punto abbiamo iniziato a cercare quelache altro hotel in zona mentre le ragazze aspettavano in strada con i bagagli e il signore è tornato poco dopo per dirci che ci avrebbe spostato in una zona migliore e siamo rimasti li ad aspettare mezz'ora senza sapere che fine avremmo fatto quando abbiamo provato a chiedere info il signore ha iniziato a innervosirsi e a chiedere in maniera aggressiva e minacciosa i passaporti a quel punto abbiamo insistito per vedere le camere che aveva intenzioni di darci ma erano vecchie e lontanissime da quanto avevamo prenotato. A quel punto preoccupati del comportamento troppo aggressivo e scontenti delle camere siamo andati via. Mai assistito a un comportamento del genere. Scandaloso! Eviatate assolutamente questo posto.

Расположение хорошее, персонал великолепен. Завтраки хорошие. Кровати нормальные. Чисто и аккуратно.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция ( наверное во многих местах в Стамбуле так). И полотенца чуть староваты.

Great host, great location
Pros:

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and fresh-smelling. The host was kind and helpful. The accommodation is located in the historic center, close to tourist attractions. If I decide to visit Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
