Bien mais pas mal d’inconvénients

L’emplacement proche de tout

Cons:

La Clim est bloquée entre 19 et 21 dégrée on ne peut pas mettre plus élevé que ceci du coup nous avions eu très froid et quand on l’a fermé nous avions eu très chaud
Nous avons demandé à l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises d’augmenter la température mais rien n’y fait

Couverture très rêche malgré plusieurs demande rien n’y fais
Le personnel est gentil mais ne prends pas en compte nos demandes

L'unica favorevole è la posizione e la donna della pulizia che faceva il suo lavoro con molto garbo e pulito

La colazione pessima ripetitiva per tutti i giorni del mio soggiorno di 7 notti, ed molto ristretto tra cui mancava come riscaldare il pane, mancava il pane come finiva, guasto alla macchina del caffè e cappuccino per due giorni e no sono riusciti ad ottemperare a queste mancanze anche perché sforniti di bar all'interno dell'hotel, chiedendo il caffè mi hanno indicato di prenderlo ad un locale esterno a pagamento. Chiasso notturno per diverse notti di cui sono uscito dalla camera per richiamarli alle 2/3 di notte.

موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من كل شيء، وطاقم العمل لطيف ومتعاون جداً، خصوصاً كينان. لكن النظافة تحتاج إلى تحسين، حيث وجدت شع

بشكل عام استمتعت بإقامتي في الفندق، وأكثر شيء أعجبني موقعه القريب من كل شيء، بالإضافة إلى أن طاقم العمل كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين جداً. وأخص بالشكر الموظف كينان، كان محترماً جداً وخدوماً وساعدني بكل ما أحتاجه خلال الإقامة.

Cons:

هناك بعض الملاحظات التي أتمنى أخذها بعين الاعتبار لتحسين تجربة النزلاء. مستوى النظافة يحتاج إلى اهتمام أكبر، حيث وجدت شعراً على السرير عند وصولي، كما أن المناشف لم تكن مريحة لي وتسببت بحكة في الجلد بعد الاستحمام.

كذلك لم تتوفر مستلزمات أساسية مثل فرشاة الأسنان أو معجون الأسنان، وأعتقد أن توفيرها سيعطي انطباعاً أفضل للضيوف. كما لاحظت أن اللحاف الموجود في الخزانة كان بدون غطاء، وهو أمر يحتاج إلى عناية أكثر من ناحية النظافة والترتيب.

أما الفطور فكان عادياً جداً ويحتاج إلى تحسين من ناحية الجودة والتنوع،، إذ لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع.

أشكر طاقم الفندق على حسن التعامل، وأتمنى معالجة هذه الملاحظات لتكون التجربة أفضل مستقبلاً.
