Good location

Cons:

Terrible breakfast, scrambled eggs tasted like were from powder. No choice of normal ham. Staff in breakfast area was not friendly, they washed the floor when peoples were walking there and it became very slippery and dangerous. Spa was under renovation. Room was non smoking but we could smell a lot of cigarettes on the corridor and that smoke was getting into our room so definitely someone was smoking a lot. Staff didn’t care about it.

I really liked the hotel’s location, which was very convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and I also enjoyed the breakfast.


Overall, the location, staff, and breakfast were the highest

Cons:

cleanliness level was not up to my expectations and could definitely be improved. The room facilities were also quite limited. There was no iron available, and the hair dryer was not very effective.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay and I would not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The accommodation was close to Taksim Square.

Cons:

The room and the hotel looked completely different from the photos. There was a lot of noise on my floor throughout my stay, and cigarette smoke kept coming into my room because some guests were smoking inside their rooms. The breakfast was very basic and traditional, and I did not enjoy it at all.
