Pros:

Удобное расположение, шикарный номер, чистый - постоянная уборка. Сантехника работает великолепно. С водой проблем нет. Завтраки не особо разнообразные.

I did Not get a reply concerning changing one room date and they charged me for both rooms while I was using one room

An overall positive experience. We will definitely come back!
Pros:

The staff is amazingly helpful and polite. The location is fantastic. They offered us an early check in and access to breakfast. They helped us with a taxi driver (whih is a big issue in Istanbul!)

Cons:

Breakfast used to be of better quality (real butter instead of margerine, better bread). No fresh juice.

الفندق قريب جدا من موقع حافلات المطار في ميدان تقسيم وقريب من جميع الخدمات الفندق فيه نظام عزل في النوافذ وهادىء الغرفة متوسطة السعة تكفي لشخصين الإفطار متنوع وجيد مكان جميل

Cons:

رائحة الدخان التي في خارج الفندق الشيشة تدخل داخل الاستقبال وتحس بالرائحة داخل الغرف بنسبة قليلة جداً
