Perfect accommodation with ideal location
Pros:

Amazing ! Our host was very kind, hospitable and helpful, managed to get us an early check in, and the facilities were really nice and comfortable. The area was really nice too. Will definitely come back if I ever return to Istanbul !

Unsafe and Dirty - MISLEADING
Pros:

Central location close to Taksim, but completely overshadowed by the unacceptable hygiene and safety hazards.

Cons:

Do not be misled by the listing photos or high ratings. During our 5-night stay, we were moved through multiple rooms (302, 101, 403, and 201) due to severe health, hygiene, and safety violations.
Severe Cockroach Infestation: On day two in room 302, we discovered several cockroaches emerging from inside the bathroom walls. Management initially denied it until shown photographic proof. They did not even have pesticide spray available, forcing me to buy my own. After a single spray, several more appeared. The next day, we were moved to room 403, where we found a live cockroach inside the electric kettle. The plumbing infrastructure, particularly rooms facing Sadri Alışık Sk, appears heavily infested.
Fire & Electrical Hazards: We observed exposed wiring throughout the rooms, unsafe multi-plug extenders running heavy appliances, and tampered/bypassed smoke detector wiring (in room 201).
Facility Maintenance: Furniture is broken and heavily worn, and the walls are damaged, chipped, and poorly patched.
Management & Service: When we requested a cancellation and refund due to the unlivable conditions, management flatly refused, falsely claiming no one had ever complained before. Instead of resolving the issue, they shuffled us between rooms, including a staff room (101), disrupting our entire trip.
We were visiting Istanbul for a wedding and could not afford the logistical hassle of rebooking elsewhere on short notice, but staying here completely ruined our first impression of the city.

Séjour très décevant : chambre sale, vétuste, équipements cassés et état général inacceptable.
Cons:

Séjour extrêmement décevant. L’état de l’hôtel est pitoyable : plusieurs éléments sont cassés, notamment la porte d’entrée de ma chambre. À mon arrivée, la chambre était très sale et le ménage semblait ne pas avoir été fait. L’ensemble est vétuste, miteux et loin des standards attendus. J’ai conservé des preuves de l’état des lieux et demande un remboursement.

Posizione e le due ragazze Filippine molto gentili e ospitali.

Cons:

Le foto di booking e la descrizione scritta della stanza che abbiamo prenotato (40 metri quadri divano letto per la bambina e una foto di una vasca eccetera) non era affatto quello che abbiamo ricevuto, ma una stanza di 20 metri quadri senza letto per la bambina.

Be aware if you do a booking through Booking.com, but the management might double book your room on another platform.

Initial impressions of the apartment we had booked were great.

Cons:

It was a great apartment and we had settled in, until our family of four was told that the management had double booked and unfortunately we were the ones that were getting booted out…After my toddlers had taken baths and were tired and wanting to rest after a long day of travel. Not sure whose fault that was.
