Cons:

Унитаз сломан, открываешь крышку и она оказывается у тебя в руках… над головой над кроватью окна, думаю планировка не то что надо.. полотенца еле выпросили ( подождите 5 минут) в итоге через 2 часа дали, кондиционер не работает от слова совсем, душно ужас, в общем впечатление 0
Единственное спасибо администратору (женщине) общение с клиентами хорошее, знание русского языка тоже 👍

Regular para su precio y agradezco siempre la atención que me dieron

Fácil acceso me atendieron al llegar

Cons:

Me ofrecieron habitación con baño, cuando llegue era baño compartido no llegaba internet wiffi no había frigobar no querían aceptar tarjeta y en la publicidad si lo dice por eso me confié y al final me cobraron más con comisión y me tuvieron que cambiar habitación a media noche ya con baño privado pero porque se los pedí sino me dejan ahí

I stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a positive experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city and reach nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. There were a few minor drawbacks. The sound insulation could be improved, as some noise from the hallway could occasionally be heard. Considering the price, I think the hotel offers good value for money. Even though my stay was short, everything went smoothly and I would consider staying here again on a future visit

I booked this hotel in the evening and came directly there. The room which I booked wasn’t ready. Waited for 1 it to be cleaned. Room smelled bad and was very cold. Air conditioner wasn’t working. I had to sleep with jacket at night. In bathroom there wasn’t cold water. So couldn’t take shower normally. The next day, afternoon noon, when I wanted to go out, lady in the reception told me that I have to pay without any explanation. Her way of talking was so rude, unacceptable. When I said I booked it online and they should take it from my card bcs I don’t have any cash. She told me that they don’t take money from booking so I had to pay by cash. Then why booking allow them to be here? It is my worst experience in Istanbul.
