Lovely hotel, friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room in a great location. Food at the resturant was nice too. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to put a shelf or shower caddy in the shower to put your things on.

Staff were very helpful. Friendly as always. Bathrooms were great. Loved the shower.

Cons:

Your front door. Been on the lower floor... and people coming and going at 6am (clean up crew) were loud. Door slamming and just rude. When people are fast asleep. Do understand they have a job to do. But no need to be that loud first thing in the morning. And letting the door slam. Might need to look at fixing the front door.

Traffic noise in bedroom but top staff and food
Pros:

The staff in the restaurant/ bar were exceptional!!

Cons:

Our room was beside the road which is very busy and noisy. SH 2 and a lot of trucks!! Also I thought the cleaning left a bit to be desired. Rubbish bin in bathroom hadn’t even been emptied from previous guests and I noticed when I had to move bedside table to retrieve something it hadn’t been vacuumed for a bit.

Great accomodation, very friendly staff, restaurant was amazing and the bar next door for watching the live sport.
