Schönes, sauberes Haus, fussläufig zum Neckar.
Pros:

Rustikales, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit herzlichem Personal.

Cons:

Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme am Anreisetag funktionierte leider nicht, wir haben dann im Restaurant angerufen.

Pros:

Zimmer und Matratzen gut
Frühstück ok.
Restaurant Engel direkt nebenan sehr zu empfehlen wenn man im Hotel keinen Tisch bekommt.

Cons:

Als Gast keinen Tisch zum Abendessen zu bekommen.
Abenteuerliches unterbringen der Fahrräder durch den Speiseraum auf eine nicht überdachte Terrasse.
Tolles Zimmer jedoch nur ein mini Badezimmer.
Viel Staub und Spinnweben im Frühstücksraum.

Herrie, te heet, slechte bedden

Het was schoon

Cons:

De hele nacht stond het koelingsaparaat van het hotel te suizen onder ons raam (kamer 2). Door het lawaai is zelfs met oordoppen in niet te slapen.
In het halletje van onze kamer, waar de badkamer aan grenst, lopen de verwarmingsbuizen in de vloer. De verwarming van het hotel stond op stand sauna en de gehele kamer werd er bloedheet van. Zelfs volledig ontkleed zonder dekens op het bed was het te warm om te kunnen slapen. In de gang buiten onze kamer was het wel fris. Dus moesten zonder enige privacy met onze kamerdeuren open slapen, de ramen op de gang van het hotel én ons kamerraam tegen elkaar open zetten om de kamer af te laten koelen.
Nog gekker was: alle verwarmingen in de hal van het hotel en onze kamer stonden al die tijd uit! We hebben in de nacht nog last gehad van hotelgasten die bij onze kamerdeur stonden te praten en contact met ons zochten door de kamer in te roepen. Echt hinderlijk om zo te overnachten.
En dan het bed! Een gewoon bed met lattenbodem en een voor mij net te hard matras erop. Wel schoon allemaal, maar de bedden kraakten beiden enorm alleen bij normaal omdraaien. En we hebben beiden en gezond BMI!
De lunch was heerlijk, niets over te klagen. Koffie was ook lekker en voldoende keuze in brood en beleg. In potentie een mooi hotel bij verbetering van bovengenoemde knelpunten.
Personeel was ook niet behulpzaam. Bovendien onbereikbaar toen we onze klachten wilde doorgeven om 23 uur. Zowel telefonisch, WhatsApp, sms, via booking app of mail helaas onbereikbaar om tot een oplossing te komen.
De volgende dag, bij het uitchecken was de enige reactie van de hotelmedewerker: "Sorry. Het is buiten 6 graden." Voor de rest was het duidelijk dat hij er niets mee zou doen.
We hebben amper geslapen en hebben een moeizame terugreis naar huis gehad.
Wij gaan een klacht indienen bij booking.com en wensen restitutie.

A really charming hotel with a good restaurant. Perfect for our stop for the night. Friendly staff and helpful with parking.

Cons:

An elevator would have been nice however we could walk up the stairs to the second floor with our luggage so only a problem if you are elderly or disabled.

Viel zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

Wir haben Freude besucht und diese Unterkunft gebucht, weil dieses Hotel in der Nähe war.

Cons:

Wir bekamen Zimmer Nr. 7 zu gewiesen. Zimmergröße war Ok. Die Betten 90 cm breit und ebenfalls Ok. Leider war das Badezimmer sehr klein und schmal (nur 70 bis 80 cm breit) Das Waschbecken war nur ca. 35 x 45 cm. Dusche 70 x 70 cm. Also nicht wirklich gut nutzbar. Leider gab es keine Gläser geschweige eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. In anderen 3 Sterne Häusern ist das Standart.
Außerdem steht nicht im Buchungsportal, das die Parkplatzsituation kritisch ist. Parkplätze mit begrenzter Zeit genügend. Parkplätze für für mehrere Tage finden Glücksache. Aufgrund dieser Gegebenheiten ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis für dieses Zimmer deutlich zu hoch.

Ein schönes, großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.
Praktisch, dass es ein Restaurant im Hause gibt, das wir empfehlen können.

Quaint and lovely accommodation on the edge of Mannheim, with an excellent restaurant on site.
Pros:

The hotel is quaint, in a very quaint area on the outskirts of Mannheim. It is of great age with many interesting features. I had a whole apartment to myself on two floors and it was well appointed. The bathroom was excellent. There was a socket by the bed. The busy restaurant on site accommodated me at short notice.

Cons:

Parking is limited. I did find a spot, but only a few on the street outside the property are available. My rooms were right at the top of this tall building, accessed by the lovely but winding staircase. Less agile people should reserve a room on a lower level.

gemütliches Ambiente, freundliche Atmosphäre - nettes kleines Hotel mit historischem Gebäudecharakter - ansprechend in Stand gesetzt. Einfache , aber ansprechende Aussattung

Cons:

leider aus Denkmalschutzgründen kein Aufzug im Haus - also für geh-eingeschränkte Menschen nicht besonders gut geeignet. Ansonsten sehr einladend.
