Location, cleanliness and comfort
Check in too late Check out too early very expensive for such a short stay. When rang with a query most unhelpful response.
The bed was comfortable and the location good as in the center of town.
The room was incredibly hot and there was no cold water, only hot and warm water from the tap. Plus the bathroom light switches itself off too soon as I was in the shower when it all went dark which is dangerous.
Brilliant location, a stones throw from the harbour, beech, shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed after a long days walk on coast path.

It was a bit outdated and needs some tlc. Needs new curtain poles as they fall down when you open curtains and needs more lighting
a simple but pleasant room, clean, modernised, with new WC & Shower room with a good power shower. Brand new nespresso coffee machine and kettle and supplies of tea and coffee but no facilities for cooking e.g. even a microwave, There is a very convenient town centre location only a few yards from pub, restaurant, shops and the main beach. There is no parking here but only 200 m up the road is a car park which is £4 fixed rate for unlimited stay we left the car there for 48 hrs no problem (the council one is probably more limited in that regard i expect). its got a few nice touches like poetry and art in homage to local hero Dylan Thomas and autocrontrols on bed for lighting and a decent tv with free amazon prime movies and plenty of channels
you could hear the other guests through the wall a little but all in all it was pretty decent to be fair i cant complain

The room was perfect, we had the Rev. Eli Jenkins room and was really surprised by how nice it was. Clean and decorated perfectly. Would recommend these rooms definitely.

It was soulless, noone to greet you no chairs for the garden..Just lacked everything
