Havuzun ısıtılmış olmasını

Cons:

Kahvaltı cok kalitesiz ve lezzetsiz.

Havuz ve spa alanı kullanabilmemiz için ekstra 40 euro istendi. Çok pahalı geldi. Ama yağmurlu havada yapacak bir şey olmayınca ödedik.

Ich kann es leider niemandem weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und das Hotel hatte eigene Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Das Bett war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer und im Bad haben viele Dinge gefehlt. In der Dusche gab es nur wenig und lauwarmes Wasser, außerdem fehlte eine Ablage. Das Frühstück war leider auch nicht besonders gut. Ein Fenster konnte nicht richtig verdunkelt werden. Ein Wasserkocher hat ebenfalls gefehlt, und für zwei Personen gab es nur ein Paar Papierschuhe. Außerdem war die Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend, wodurch das Zimmer sehr dunkel wirkte.

Sobe su okej. Udobni kreveti. Lokacija je dobra.

U toaletu nije mogla da se pusti voda, pa su kvar došli da poprave tek narednog dana.

Boravili smo za 1. maj i na recepciji nam je rečeno da možemo večerati u restoranu i baru na petom spratu od 18 do 00h. Došli smo oko 19h, međutim tada su nam rekli da kuhinja tog dana ne radi, pa smo sa detetom od 15 meseci morali da tražimo drugo rešenje za večeru.

Takođe, u istom restoranu smo naručili prosecco na čašu, ali smo dobili obično belo vino. I konobar i šanker su tvrdili da je to prosecco i da je sipano iz flaše prosecca. Na kraju su nam na računu uredno naplaćene čaše prosecca, iako je u čaši bilo vino koje je inače dosta jeftinije.

Ni narednog dana kuhinja nije radila u regularnom terminu jer je, kako su nam rekli, jedan kuvar dao otkaz, pa je postojala samo jedna smena do 21h. Zbog toga smo ponovo ostali bez večere.

Dobra lokacija, dobar doručak, nekada zaista moćan hotel.

Cons:

SPA se doplaćuje, a da to nigde ne piše. Skupo je.
