El trato del personal es muy bueno
La casa de al lado puso la musica sobre las 4 de la mañana, y se escuchaba , no se pudo dormir bien

Great little oasis ahead of getting a ferry home from Santander (around 25mins to the ferry port).
Rooms are lovely! Spacious, very comfy beds and great bathrooms. Staff are lovely too.

Que a la noche nos toco las habitaciones de abajo y la puerta de la cafeteria es de cristal y se oia bastante barullo a las 23:30 de la noche, luego a las 00:00 ya hubo mas silencio

The food on offer in the restaurant was excellent and the service was perfect, you felt so welcome here, the breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect for us as you are in walking distance for the Santander ferry terminal, we will call here again
The air-conditioning was faulty in fact it never worked properly at all although they did try to put it right, it need servicing as it been overworked. The drains are a problem at times as in the morning a foul smell came up from the drains

Comprendo que no van a tener a una persona todo el día para atender a los clientes, pero tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo hasta que se nos ocurrió entrar al bar para preguntar y el camarero avisó a la recepcionista.

Ubicado enfrente de la ciudad de Santander. Ningún problema para llegar peso que hay servicio de ferry desde primera hora de la mañana hasta las 10 y media. La habitación limpia y el personal amable.
La struttura è tenuta molto bene anche se semplice.Il posto è magico, il ristorante ottimo, e il personale gentilissimo. Un soggiorno perfetto e con una spesa più che vantaggiosa.
