would like to express my concern regarding my recent booking at Garden Court.

At the time of booking, breakfast appeared to be included in the reservation details, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast was not included in the rate paid and that I would need to pay an additional R340 for breakfast.

This was quite inconvenient and disappointing, as the booking information was not clear. As a frequent traveler, I generally prefer hotels that include breakfast in the room rate, and I make my booking decisions based on that information.

I kindly request that you review my reservation and clarify why the breakfast inclusion shown during booking was not reflected at check-in. Clear and transparent pricing is important for customers and helps avoid misunderstandings and unexpected expenses.
