Locatie bij het parkje was erg fijn. De eigenaren super behulpzaam. Rustige straat, ruime kamer.
Niet veel mogelijkheden in de buurt om uit eten te gaan. (Wel veel afhalen en een koffie/thee/lunch mogelijkheid in het park tegenover het hotel)

That the owner kept in touch regarding our second day.
Returning times
The hotel needs a makeover.It looks like it hasn't seen paint this decade.Skiting boards dirty dusty.The stairs were the same.Our head board had enough dust on it for me to write my name in.So I had to clean it.The bottom of the shower tray outside was again dirty.My wife slept on top of the bed covers in her clothes.
So I booked us into the Premier inn for our second night and didn't return.
They even had a time limit for checking in.
It's the worst hotel I've stayed in in my 70 years on this planet

The location, 5-10 minutes walk to the torpoint ferry also 5 walk to the bus stops making travel to Plymouth easy.
Nothing....breakfast not included BUT there's a cafe in the park 5 minutes walk away,opens at 8.30 am with a pretty extensive breakfast menu.

Window facing a park and lots of sun in the afternoon. Quiet area.
Unfortunately the toilet was not properly cleaned.
The room was small, but fine, clean and adequate.
I was feeling quite unwell when I arrived, so the lady owner/manager changed my second-floor room to a first floor room without being asked - which was welcome. That showed a pleasing interest in guests' comfort.
There is a pleasant public park opposite the hotel with good views.
The address is effectively a cul-de-sac. On-street parking proved easy.
Just one pack of ginger biscuits on the 'welcome tray'. I could have munched more....
