I would stay again. 😊
Pros:

Out of the city but ideal location for my needs.
Clean, inexpensive and nice owners.

Cons:

A basic breakfast offering would be nice rather than the £20 you do offer.
The 10am check out was a bit early and inconvenient for my coach time.
I got bruises from the bed frame.

A pleasant short stay with lovely hosts
Pros:

Convenient location to park and Devonport station. Very helpful and friendly management.

Cons:

Unfortunately our stay was during very hot weather. No fan or mini fridge in room which is something small hotels will have to grapple with in hotter summers. But otherwise the family room was good value for money.

Handy location and good value for money
Pros:

Good location for devonport dockyard and free parking on street right outside. Good value for money. Room was fine, bed was comfortable, electric shower was also ok. I didn't have breakfast but Sally very kindly helped me with my bags the following morning.

Cons:

I was incredibly disappointed to have to pay £13 as an additional charge for my 4 month old baby. On booking I searched for 1 adult, 0 children, as I didn't realise I needed to add an infant. I contacted the property out of courtesy to inform them I was bringing a baby which was when the additional charge was brought up. The justification being that an infant increases water and towel consumption, I felt this was slightly unreasonable and lacked a little common sense. I of course paid this charge but will certainly be more careful next time.

Great for a couple of nights away and within easy walking distance of the Torpoint ferry
Pros:

Spacious room with views over Devonport Park. Biscuits with the tea and coffee were a lovely addition. The bed had a comfortable mattress and we are quite picky about mattresses.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and the towel rail under the sink was broken but a towel rail was provided in the bedroom. The room was hot but then we were there in a heatwave.
