Tiene parquing privado, el personal amable y dispuesto. La habitación era grande con dos camas de matrimonio.
Baño un poco estrecho, no había espacio para dejar utensilios, estatua buen un mueble de lavabo con algo más de espacio.
La habitación da a una avenida con bastante tráfico lo que la hace ruidos al no tener cristales insonorizados.
La ubicación tiene cerca restaurantes pero está un poco alejada del centro.
L'emplacement est proche du terminal de bus et il y a plein de restaurants autour.
C'est propre et la chambre est spacieuse.
L'hôtel est un peu juste au niveau des équipements:
- la cuisine n'a pas de frigo
- pas de couverture supplémentaire, nous avons dormi en pull
- pas de sèche cheveux y compris en demandant à la réception
- pas de brosse à wc
- une seule serviette de toilette pour 2

במהלך השהות/הביקור שלנו במלון, השארנו את החפצים שלנו במקום שאמור היה להיות בטוח. לאחר מכן גילינו שנגנבו מאיתנו כסף מזומן, כרטיסי אשראי, תעודת זהות ורישיון.
מעבר לגניבה עצמה, הדבר החמור ביותר מבחינתי היה ההתנהלות של המלון לאחר המקרה. במקום לקחת אחריות על אירוע כל כך חמור, לסייע לנו באופן מלא ולפעול מיד כדי לברר מה קרה, קיבלנו יחס והתנהלות שלא תואמים בכלל את חומרת המצב.
כשאורח משאיר את החפצים שלו בשטח המלון, הוא מצפה לרמת ביטחון בסיסית. במקרה שלנו, לא רק שרכוש ומסמכים אישיים חשובים נעלמו — נאלצנו להתמודד במדינה זרה עם ביטול כרטיסי אשראי, אובדן כסף והצורך לטפל מחדש במסמכים האישיים שלנו.
מבחינתי, מלון שלא מסוגל לשמור על ביטחון החפצים של האורחים שלו, ולא מספק מענה ראוי כשמתרחש אירוע כזה, הוא מקום שאני לא יכול להמליץ עליו לאף אחד.

Perfect for a night or 2 nearby the bus terminal and at a few steps from the center.

The room had the smallest shower I have ever found in my entire life. Plus I found two hairs in the bathroom. The person in the second day was not so nice

Super friendly staff, great value for money, room has everything you need. We also did a tour with Marco to Cotopaxi and he sorted out our transport to get to Quito afterwards.
