Pros:

with the tripple room the main bedroom and bathroom where spacious, not cramped like some hotels.
the small side room with the single bed, was tiny but enough for a single person.
the TV's in the room where smart tv's so we could watch Netflix, Disny+ ...
the mini fridge was really handy because we had the the verry hot weekend.

there were 2 fans in our room wich was a major help since there is no airco.
the cleaning people are really friendly and will help you if ask them a question, when we were there they came in arround 11ish. if you need new things for your room, new watter bottle, extra toiletpaper, new trashbag. just place the empty roll, empty bottle or trashcan outside of your room. they will replace what you need.
if you don't want them to clean the room just hang up the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door

Cons:

the rooms feels like they are a bit on the older side, the baseboards are starting to come loose and you will find some minor defects squeeking doors, and windows need a little bit of elbow grease encouragement to open somtimes, the shower was verry hard to adjust the water temprature (it was juggling to find the setting between to cold and to hot). at one point we noticed a big drop in water preasure but that got resolved after a momment (probably a few people showering at the same time)

the mini fridge was not really powerfull, it was enough to chill a few bottles and cans but the cans on the front didn't really got chilly.
you can hear your neighbors and upstairs if they are a bit louder but that was not really an issue for us but can be if you have people who don't mind paying respect to night noice levels.

Pros:

Makkelijk bij centrum. Mooie propere kamer.

Cons:

De uitcheckprocedure was wat verwarrend. Bij online uitchecken snachts aan de kamer bleek opeens dat we daarna niet meer aan onze auto in de garage konden. Dit op weg naar de luchthaven gaf veel stress. Het duurde even voor ze ons via telefoon een oplossing konden geven.

Frühstück gab es noch nicht, soll am in Zukunft angeboten werden, durch das benachbarte Restaurant. Preis war diesmal was höher durch die Verpackungsmesse. Ansonste schönes altes Hotel, vom Ratinger Marktplatz 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles Gut, macht weiter so

Cons:

Leider fehlte Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, wurde nur Tee angeboten. Man könnte darüber nachdenken den Code 4 stellig zu machen, ich gehe nicht davon aus, das mehr als 10.000 Besucher pro Woche kommen werden.
