I felt welcome.
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a small quiet town, near Düsseldorf. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple, but of excellent quality. Every item seemed selected and delicious. I wish this hotel success and hope to stay again.

Cons:

Window directly to the street.

I really enjoyed my stay and the staff is very friendly.
Pros:

It's a beautiful building located in a very advantegeous location. Very close to the old city center and easy to get by car from various locations. The bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast are good.

Cons:

Unfortunatelly the staff speaks only German.

Hohes Niveau, angegehmes Ambiente.
Pros:

Sehr sympathisches Hotel Paar, Familien geführtes Hotel.
Frühstück mit individuellen wünschen, hier fühlt man sich noch einen als Gast.

Cons:

Es ist alles schön sauber aber der Investitionsstau nach Corona ist leider etwas spürbar, selber würde ich wohl einmal die Gummi Dichtungen der Fenster ersetzen lassen, zumindest im Zimmer 25 waren diese ausgehärtet und daher nicht mehr ganz dicht.

Service wie es ihn besser nicht geben kann. Mitdenkend, unglaublich freundlich, alle Wünsche erfüllend, besser, weil individueller, als in den meisten Top-Hotels, wirklich!

Cons:

Naja, es liegt direkt an einer größeren Straße, hat jedoch 4-fach Schallschutz. Es ist sehr sauber, aber etwas älter, was mich gar nicht gestört hat. Alles funktioniert. Das Bad ist z.B. in Bahama-Beige. Das ist mir aber egal, der Service und die Sauberkeit sind so gut, dass ich lieber dort als in einem Top-Hotel bin!

Sehr netter Empfang, auf meinen Wunsch wurde eingegangen. Zimmer groß und sauber. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Das, sehr saubere und gepflegte, Bad versprühte den Charme der 70er Jahre.

Дуже чисто. Дуже привітний персонал. Дуже важливі необхідні поради. Рекомендації щодо ресторанів та відвідування туристичних місць.

fair value for the money you pay
Pros:

Very friendly staff and the hotel is only 5 minutes from the pedestrian zone. If you arrive by car there are limited parking possibilities on the backside of the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was kind of hard and the rooms need refitting in the next years. It looks a little outdated.

Very Nice property with humble staff
Pros:

It’s a family owned hotel and the owners are very polite and humble. It’s very nice hotel with all comfort in place. Also the rooms are spacious and clean.

The property is near to the airport and Düsseldorf. Also you can find nearby good family owned restaurants which serves very good food.
