Not a bad stay
Pros:

It was accessible for meeting friends. The pub/restaurant was really nice . Staff kindly made the sofa bed up for me and I did sleep well.

Cons:

The bed was very small. Husband is 6ft 2 and not big enough for two people .Luckily we booked a family room and I was able to use the pull out sofa bed .

Pros:

Hotel room was clean, modern and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel room was extremely hot - there was no way of turning on any air conditioning or turning down the heating. We opened windows but the noise from the road outside kept us awake. The road outside can be busy.

Staff were mediocre - didn’t create a memorable experience.

One night stay October 26
Pros:

Clean and comfortable.
Great bathroom with fab shower.
Lovely building.
Didn't dine or use pub but looks amazing.

Cons:

The wait for someone to check me in but dining room was busy at the time.
Very limited tv channels.
Over complication of number of emails received.
I don't know what 'pre check in' achieves. I'd only have to advise my car reg when getting key, adding no time rather than filling online form.

Value for Money Stay
Pros:

Comfy Room with excellent modern bathroom. Vibrant Pub/ Restaurant, excellent wi-fi in Bar. Good Parking, Cooked Breakfast was excellent. Nice Staff, Evening food was good quality

Cons:

Evening Service was slightly under staffed for such a busy establishment. Pricing is upper mid so service needs to be striong. No wi-fi available in Bedrooms for last 2 days.

Pros:

Very clean rooms and toilets.
Staff were excellent, helpful responsive when had an issue, friendly thank you si much.
Food breakfast very good, you can choose and eliminate foods you don't want.
Room and bed were comfortable
We were quiet room near car park.
Plenty of parking.
Fresh towels most days
Enjoyed our day will go back.

Room lighting could be much brighter (centre bulb)
It was very dark for us to see.
Bathroom lighting good.

Ok standard hotel
Pros:

Clean room, parking was ok and there was plenty of it.

Cons:

Lighting poor, WiFi dropped out regularly. No where to open a suitcase. Not a good room for anyone with mobility issues.

Excellent friendly accommodation
Pros:

Friendly staff , newly decorated rooms were
Spacious and comfortable , great rain shower , food was very good and the breakfast of good quality and hearty, the staff made it with friendly happy attitude

Cons:

Being on the ground floor the noise from people moving around upstairs disturbed us so some sound proofing between floors would be good

Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The manager was not.
Pros:

Quality of food good

Cons:

Room was small and poky,in an outbuilding . Virtually no natural light due to overgrown trees and bushes.
Although breakfast was included in the overnight cost, the allowed cost did not cover the cost of a standard cooked breakfast.
