Hotel novo, quarto super confortável, mas o melhor é o atendimento da menina da recepção da noite (acho que é elvira o nome dela), e os meninos do café da manhã.

Value for money, great location, great breakfast and amazing customer service
Pros:

Elvira & the man behind the bar were amazing, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed! Including laundry, special requests like irons and ice, reliable taxi drivers and recommendations for restaurants.

Pros:

I really liked the cleanliness of the room and the hotel, the modern design, and the proximity to the beach.
There was a sea view from the window.
The breakfasts and fresh fruit were great.
The hotel staff were very pleasant and polite.

Cons:

The stay was wonderful, but I would have liked the hotel to offer low, softer pillows in addition to the high ones. Also, I would prefer firm mattresses, as they are much more comfortable and beneficial for me.

Cons:

Quelques problèmes pour connecter la TV (pas toujours utile mais en période de coupe du monde, c'est indispensable pour moi lol)

Great staff and rooms
Pros:

Great staff (Elvira and Minerva are super kind), the parking is really good and the breakfast too.

Cons:

It is a 30 minute to the center of Sarande, if you wanna stay a little far from the chaos, just book it.

Pros:

Çalışanlar gerçekten çok yardımsever, güleryüzlü ve misafirperverlerdi. Otopark olması büyük artıydı. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi, her şey tazeydi.

Cons:

Sarandenin asıl merkezine düşündüğümüzden biraz uzaktı ama arabamız olduğu için hiç sorun yaşamadık.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful to me and my family throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with warmth and made us feel very comfortable, especially with our child. The hotel is located in a lovely area, and the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families!

Perfeicao, simpatia, confirto e otima localizacao. Excelente escolha!

Quartos amplos, tudo novinho, varanda de frente para o por do sol, silencioso, aconchegante, em frente a praia de Mango Beach, facil acesso a Ksamil e longe da confusão do centro. O hotel E impecável

Cons:

Alem do quarto novo, espacoso, cama super confortável, amenidades e chuveiro espetacular. A equipe: uma simpatia, todos muito solicitos, perdemos o cafe da manha e eles ofereceram nos dar de comer antes de sair, a dona no cafe oferecendo tudo, fomos muito muito bem atendidos. Se eu voltar a Saranda ficarei novamente nesse hotel. Foi extraordinário

Saranda
Pros:

Fint, rent, hyggelig og imøtekommende personell. Grei balkong til rommet, men vi havnet rett over viftene med mye støy. Således var balkongen til tider ubrukelig.

Cons:

Beliggenhet. Avstand utenfor Saranda er OK, men området er veldig hotellpreget. Oppstykket tilgang til sjø/strand. Dette hotellet ligger på "feil side" av veien uten tilgang til strand/sjøområde.

Expectacular
Pros:

Me encantó la decoración del sitio, el garaje interior que en saranda es de agradecer y sobre todo el desayuno que estaba expectacular,con productos frescos y café de máquina.

Cons:

El baño es precioso pero la verdad que la mampara no es nada práctica, pues aunque te duches con mucho cuidado se moja todo el suelo del baño.
