Totul este foarte modern, curat iar personalul este minunat! Fata de la recepție ne-a ajutat cu orice am avut nevoie, lucruri care nu tineau neapărat de îndatoririle ei. Amplasarea este buna, faci fac 15 minute cu masina pana in Ksamil si 10 minute cu masina pana in centrul din Sarande. Bineinteles ca sunt si plaje la 2 minute de mers pe jos de hotel, depinde fiecare unde alege sa mearga. Recomand cu drag, totul super!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and we felt very good during our vacation. The location was also great.

First, the incredible staff, from the owner to the many employees, felt like a family. We received great recommendations for activities, we had a parking ticket from before and they helped us take care of it, but most importantly they made sure we were enjoying our stay. Second, the facilities were beautiful and also well maintained. They even thought of little things, like having face soap. Third, the breakfasts were fresh and very good.

Très bon accueil, personnels attentifs à nos besoins ! Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer, parfait.
Le parking est souterrain, les voitures sont en sécurité.

The location was good - it's a little walk away from the beach promenade. We walked one way, taxi returned (15 euros). Staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice overall - they served pancakes one day, which were very yummy!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, c’est le meilleure hôtel 4 étoiles de l’Albanie que nous ayons pu faire. Le personnel est au top, super agréable, souriant, à l’écoute et toujours au petit soin!

L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel à l’écoute et attentionné et toujours soucieux de notre bien être.
L’hôtel est propre, le petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié pour tout les goûts, l’emplacement est le point positif car proche de plusieurs endroits et proche de la plage.
Je le recommande à 100 %.

Das ist ein kleines aber schönes 4-Sterne Haus, das die 4 Sterne wirklich zurecht hat. Hier passt alles. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer an der Seite, in der einen Richtung war Blick zum Meer, in der anderen Richtung Baustelle. Da dort aktuell nicht gebaut wurde, kein störender Lärm. Und in Saranda ein Zimmer ohne Blick auf irgend eine Baustelle, ist fast unmöglich. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll, sehr schön und mit viel Gefühl für Details gemacht. Das Frühstück wurde für uns am Tisch serviert, da das Hotel zum Saisonende sehr leer war. Trotzdem wurde wirklich von allem, was man sich vorstellen kann, etwas auf den Tisch gestellt. Service und Ausstattung liessen keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist von der zentalen Promenade etwas entfernt. Man muss schon ein Verkehrsmittel benutzen, um zur Promenade in den dortigen Trubel zu gelangen. Für uns hat das gepasst.

Great stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, but what stood out the most was the excellent service. The woman at the front desk (Ari) was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Every detail was taken care of immediately, super kind staff, not possible to complain about anything in this hotel, you will be treated like a king! And really great thanks to the owner of the hotel for openness to fulfill all our specific needs!
