A good place not far from the Han River and Dragon Bridge.
Pros:

Was met by a great gentleman willing to open the door and assist with my bags. At the reception desk Na (receptionist) was friendly and most helpful. Arrived at the room which was beautifully cleaned. Not too big, but comfortable. Bed was equally comfortable. Around the corner from the Han River and Jollibee Chicken.
Breakfast served every morning. An enjoyable stay over all.

Cons:

Inside the room I noticed that the curtains had mold spores on it. This is not good for anyone's health. After I had initially wanted to extend my stay, I decided to search another accommodation and went elsewhere.
The breakfast too was very basic. Nothing too grand considering it is rated a 4 star hotel.
