Great Location and Lovely Staff
Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to Dragon Bridge and not far from the beach, local markets and other attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere.
The reception staff and cleaning ladies were very friendly, helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the pool water was clean and well maintained.
The washing service was also absolutely fabulous, especially when travelling with children. It was very convenient and made our stay much easier.

Cons:

What could be improved
The breakfast definitely requires improvement. If you arrive around 9:00 am, there is often very little food left, and basic items such as cups, glasses and bowls may not be available.
There are also no clear descriptions or labels on the food, so it is difficult to know what type of meat or other dishes are being served.
Unfortunately, there were also tiny ants throughout the dining area. We saw them walking on the bread and, on some occasions, in the yoghurt and fruit. This is something that really needs attention from the hotel.
The boiled eggs were also often only partially cooked, with the inside still quite raw. Communication at breakfast was another issue, as the restaurant staff had very limited English, which made it difficult to ask questions about the food or request basic items.

Pros:

I stayed here during a work trip and ended up extending my stay for a few extra days. The hotel had a calm atmosphere, great views, and plenty of cafés nearby where I could work remotely.

Would not stay there again.
Pros:

I don’t believe there was anything we enjoyed about our stay

Cons:

Cleanliness was not good at all. The breakfast was a BIG disappointment, we actually ended up going out for breakfast instead of eating at the hotel. The staff did not speak very much English.

Pros:

As a solo traveler, this hotel was everything I needed. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I enjoyed starting each morning with a walk to the river and ending the day at one of the many cozy cafés around.

Très peu satisfait.
Pros:

La localisation était bien pour le pont dragon et la plage . Le concierge était très sympathique.

Cons:

La propreté laissait à désirer. Le personnel n’était pas au courant des services offerts ou des excursions. Les déjeuners étaient peu variés et les heures très peu flexibles. Nous avons raté le déjeuner parce que levé à 8:00.
