DİKKAT.....Elektronik kayıtları ve giriş sitemi çok karmaşık.İyi bir software kullanıcısı olan iki arkadaş olarak otele girmek için kapı önünde yarım saat uğraştık.İngilizcesi zayıf
Ve uygulamaları kullanamayan insanların konuşup yardım alabileceği tek bir kişi bile yok.Bu durumda otele verdiğin paraya rağmen otele girilemiyor .Telefonla aradığımda aldığım tek cevap bookingten kod gelecek.Bookingten kod SMS yolu ile 3saat sonra geldi.Ne durumdasınız diye soran yok.Bir daha gitmem.

Pros:

Hotel je samoobslužný, ve skvělé lokalitě - kousek od zastávky tram, čtvrt hoďky od hlavního nádraží, 5 min pěšky od Forum Karolina.
Pokoj je prostorný, včetně kuchyňského koutu a koupelny.
Skvělý přístup majitelů a zákaznický přístup - řešila jsem na poslední chvíli problém, ve kterém mi vyšli velmi vstříc.

Cons:

Jediné, co kazí dojem skvělému ubytování je zápach při vstupu do budovy.
