Whoever was on reception on 13/8/26 needs more personal skills and should know how to treat a customer. Should b

The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was very small. The toilet brush was next to the toilet tissue holder. So unhygienic. I could hear the noise from the outside. Especially when the planes were taking off… etc. The staff were miserable. Especially the guy at reception was so unhelpful. He didn’t offer to take my luggage upstairs knowing that there is no lift. I was with a small child. He didn’t explain anything no smile. It’s like he was doing me a favour with everything. I have spent £177 for one night but the room wasn’t even worth the money. Totally overpriced. I wouldn’t go there. Avoid unless you are very stuck and you can’t find another one. The only positive thing was the location very close to the airport… otherwise I didn’t enjoy it. It was overpriced. Remember there is no lift so if you have a big suitcase you gonna struggle to go upstairs as you know now there is no lift.

Średnio, Brak pełnego serwisu śniadaniowego przez określony czas przez hotel negatywnie wpływa na pobyt.

Lokazlizacja, przestronna łazienka i wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Nie przyjemny Zapach kanalizacji w pokoju dochodzący z łazienki zaraz po wejściu do pokoju. Serwis śniadaniowy o godzinie 9:40 wybrakowany, brak uzupełnienia pieczywa, ciepłych rzeczy (brak min jajecznicy , kiełbasek) BRAK KAWY w ekspresie, dodatkowo przez 2 dni nie było filiżanek a o czyste talerze trzeba było prosić, jedna osoba na obsłudze śniadań nie jest dobrym pomysłem.

Lokalizacja przy Lotnisku super, Wygodne łóżko i łazienka super. Czysto i schludnie. Miła obsługa. W budynku restauracja w której można dobrze zjeść.

Cons:

Jest telewizor ale nie ustawione podstawowe programy , z trudem wyszukałam Polsat ale już było po wiadomościach Nie było czajnika oraz herbaty z cukrem w pokoju jak spotykałam w innych hotelach. Wychodziłam bardzo rano na lotnisko i nie mogłam sobie zrobić rano herbaty. Ze śniadania nie mogłam skorzystać bo musiałam wyjść o 6.
