Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación muy buenas. El trato muy bueno, el hotel en general es muy bonito y como se ve en las fotos.

Cons:

Tal vez podrian comentar que el hotel se encuentra en una pendiente y sin acceso de auto. Yo fui con mis papás quienes tienen problemas para caminar y fue un poco complicado con ellos.

El desayuno esta bien, solo el pan no era del día! Esta duro

Nos ofrecieron un tour en reiser, nos dijeron que la podíamos manejar, lo cual no fue así, a parte venía fallando, no aceleraba a más de 20kilometros x hora.. pagamosc3500 por un reiser descompuesto. No recomiendo que contraten en el hotel los tours

Cons:

Parking IS NOT adjacent it is 3 blocks away with a very steep climb. Impossible to access hotel for a handicapped person, no ramps and a lot os stairs, they should advertise this fact.

La alberca es fría pero muy agradable y los niños estaban felices. La habitación es bonita, cómoda y espaciosa. La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy tarde, dura poco, de 9 a 11am. Además, el buffet no tiene mucha variedad.

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la plaza y perfecta para realizar tus actividades la habitación es lo que esperas un habitación de 4*4 con baño y tv el servicio de internet es bueno no esperes grandes velocidades pero cumple su funcion.

Property was super close to downtown

Cons:

Bathroom shower had some mold, there were ants crawling on the wall, all bed sheets smelled like they were not dried well, WiFi and tv were not working. Staff were not found when needed and if available they took forever to get us what we needed.

Todo muy bien!
Pros:

El desayuno no lo tomamos debido a que salimos de Tour muy temprano y lo empiezan hasta las 9am. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El agua de la piscina está helada. No la pudimos usar.
