Pros:

Всё очень понравилось. Персонал отзывчивый, внимательный и заботливый. Эмма сделала наш отпуск не забываем. Все вопросы и пожелания решались моментально.Чистота и уют номера прекрасные.

Cons:

Не много далеко от центра, но стоимость такси и радушие таксистов компенсировали это нюанс.

Прекрасное место со своим гаражом
Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал. По приезду все показали, рассказали. С одной из комнат, что мы бронировали, возникли проблемы - нам дали замену с повышенной категорией.
В отеле большая парковка, но отдельно стоит отметить, что у номеров первого этажа есть собственные гаражи с доступом прямо из комнаты - очень удобно!

Cons:

Наш номер был немного изношенным, но проживание все равно было приятным.

В номере периодически тянул запах сигарет, странное место выбрали для зоны курения - в проходе 3го этажа
Расположение далековато, если нет авто, добираться до центра только такси (30 минут), общественным транспортом не менее часа.

Инфраструктуры рядом нет

The room was comfortable and clean at least. The worst costumer service in my whole life! Be aware!

Cons:

Very disappointing experience

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. During check-in, the staff took my passport, but it was not returned to me when I checked out. When I contacted the hotel after realizing that my passport was missing, they told me that they did not have it. Because of this, I missed my flight and had to pay for a new flight and additional accommodation.

The following morning, I went to the police and reported my passport missing. The police contacted the hotel themselves, and the hotel again told them that they did not have my passport. Later, after I had already made the police report, the hotel contacted me and suddenly informed me that my passport had actually been with them all along. I eventually got it back.

Additionally, when I asked to book another night and was willing to pay for the room, I was told that there was no availability. However, at the exact same time, rooms were still showing as available on Booking.com.

I find this extremely irresponsible and unacceptable. Due to the hotel’s handling of the situation and the contradictory information I was given, I missed my flight, lost money and experienced a great deal of unnecessary stress. Please be very careful and make sure your passport is returned to you before leaving this hotel. They did not even say they are sorry in the first place which shows that they do not care about their costumers and they do not like their work. If they did, they would be helpful and more humane.

When we called them once again later they did not even know where the passport was and why they could not locate it in the first place. If you would care about your customers you would check the cameras at least!

К сожалению, я не могу рекомендовать этот отель. Во время регистрации сотрудники отеля забрали мой паспорт, но при выезде мне его не вернули. Когда я связалась с отелем после обнаружения проблемы, мне сообщили, что паспорта у них нет.

Pros:

Персонал был приветливый, номера чистые, территория отделена. Были готовы заселить ночью.

Cons:

Предполагалось что машинка автомат будет в номере. Оказалось платная услуга 1500 драм 1 вещь...( не было указано ни на сайте, ни при заселении.

Расположение, так как нам нужен был именно этот район города.

Cons:

Отель мягко говоря не для заселения с семьей и детьми. Все что нужно знать о нем - там есть почасовая сдача номеров. Всю ночь может быть шумно так что спать не возможно. Да и двеь в отель кто-то каждую ночь хлопал каждые 10 минут так как будто никто не спит. Но собсвенно большинство заселяется туда не с целью спать. В букинге описание "семейный" максимально не подходит.

Pros:

Огромный отель с большим количеством номеров. В отеле было все для комфортного проживания (фен, тапочки, халаты, банные принадлежности). В номер можно заказать еду круглосуточно, меню очень разнообразное.

Cons:

Стоимость маленькой чашечки вареного кофе, которую узнали потом - 1500 AMD, считаю что это прям очень завышенная цена.

Просторный номер

Cons:

Вывеску входа в отель невозможно найти. На такси подъехали практически вплотную. На этаже было очень странно. Какая-то кухня и сразу ресепшн. Атмосфера бардак. Какие-то индусы или шриланкийцы ходили по отелю и что-то чинили. Уборщица, тоже по-моему из Шри-Ланки, бросила пылесос посреди коридора и мне с чемоданом пришлось отпихивать его ногой. У меня около 40 работников в трёх странах, но я такое персоналу не позволяю. Разводить бардак в местах, где ходят клиенты, недопустимо. 3 балла из 5

Единственный плюс для нас - наличие парковки . Просторный номер,

Номер у нас был очень и очень грязный, тёмные , заляпанные стены , ужасные запах табака в номере, который не проветривается. Ночевали 1 ночь, пропахла вся одежда. Хотелось побыстрее сбежать . Ни в коем случае с детьми оставаться в данном месте не рекомендую,

Очень удобные кровати, большие комнаты, 2 ванные комнаты, абрикосами вкуснющими угостили. Отличный WiFi. Хорошие банные принадлежности. Быстрое заселение

Cons:

Совсем не удобное расположение. 30 мин до аэропорта, 30 мин до центра Еревана, 30 мин до Ереван Молла… это на такси. Рядом нет обменника и супермаркета, идти пешком до них минут 15. В номере запах табака. Нет чайника и не поставили воды, только платный бар

酒店总体还是不错

我订的时候认真看好了是含早餐房价，但是后来酒店要求支付早餐费用！无奈只得另行支付了早餐费用酒店还是不错，但是应该明确标识是否含早餐！
