Great location with clean basic amenities for a pit stop
Pros:

A very basic motel. Great for a pit stop: very clean and has all the amenities you need for a short stay

Cons:

The light outside the room stayed on all night, and while they do have curtains, it bothered me a bit. I am also a sensitive sleeper

Cons:

The need was in place to phone the caretaker to help in the functioning of lights, tv and air conditioner. Because settings had been changed by previous occupants, needed help in understanding how these items worked as it was not obvious at the time.

AC worked perfectly, shower was nice

Cons:

Took very long time before getting hot water, parking lot was in very bad condition, people parked wherever they wanted couldn't park in front of my unit door, bed was sagging on the one side not comfortable for sleeping!

Pros:

Was fine for a one night drop in and sleep , they’ve tried to upgrade a bit.

It was by far the worst motel I have stayed in since 1979!

Cons:

It was by far the worst motel I have stayed in since 1979! From the potholed entrance to dodgy aircon to door strips with raised screws to coffee machines that didn’t work. I could go on. I needed a bed. I got a bed.

My Wife had a sponge bath cold water - not happy
Pros:

Very very clean!!

Cons:

No hot water after trying for 10 min I had an cold shower- I was already lathered up in for a penny in for a pound of ice water
