Pros:

They were very accommodating especially since we visited in winter. They provided free firewood, blits, Lots of additional blankets and a map to all the hikes with the waterfalls and advised us on the ones too extreme for kids. The kids enjoyed the tennis court and playground. Next time we might also come during summer so we can take dip in the pool

Cons:

Wish our stay was longer. No wifi in the cabins, so the network wasn't the greatest especially at night. But it made us connect more, we barely used our devices.

I think it was great & look forward to another visit & stay
Pros:

The Booking.com app put this venue as Bed & Breakfast.
I booked & paid in full.
Only then did I discover that it was self-service. Luckily I was able to adjust & make arrangements.
I suggest you advertise your services correctly & adjust the fee.
Otherwise, all was great

House1 is in a bad condition, the sofas are worn and uncomfortable, the floor cracking,, the bed sheets not even fitting the bed. I went there in winter but I was provided with only one batch of wood without fire starters while I booked two nights. I candle and 1 paraffin lamp for a 3 bedroom house. No cleaning during the stay.

Brilliant family getaway to relax and unwind.
Pros:

Very cozy and super spacious. Great location and the best indoor fireplace

Not up to expectations this time , based on previous visits.
Pros:

Fire place was very good, but the wood supplied was mouldy and damp.

Cons:

Beds were not very comfortable. Heater in the one bedroom did not work and we had to take it to reception to arrange a replacement.
