Perfect place to stay in Istanbul! Elibol Hotel Old City exceeded all our expectations. The biggest advantage is definitely its fantastic location—right in the heart of the old city, just a few minutes' walk from the Grand Bazaar and major historic landmarks. It is also extremely close to public transport (tram and metro), making exploring Istanbul incredibly easy.The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, excellently soundproofed, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay after a long day of walking. The view from the rooftop terrace is simply beautiful and provides a perfect spot for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious, always fresh, and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish specialties.Our biggest praise goes to the staff, and especially to Mohamed at the reception. He is absolutely amazing! He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always eager to help us with useful tips, recommendations, and directions around the city. His helpfulness truly made our stay much more pleasant.The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Istanbul, and I would definitely return!

No es malo pero no repetiría.
Pros:

La ubicación, cercana al tranvía

Cons:

No ponen sábanas. Está en obras ahora. Desayuno sin zumo, ni fruta (solo algún día sandía), ni tostador, ni aceite ni mantequilla. Variedad de verdura pero muy corto en general.

Pelo booking parece melhor
Pros:

Os empregados são bastantes prestáveis. A localização é excelente para quem procura ficar na área europeia, próxima dos monumentos mais conhecidos.

Cons:

O hotel está em obras. A zona é um bocado duvidosa, bastante suja e com bastante confusão. Num dos dias assisti a pancadaria à porta do Hotel. Não recomendo para raparigas que viajam sozinhas.

Из плюсов хочется отметить только сотрудников — русскоговорящие девушки очень приветливые, вежливые и стараются помочь. Именно благодаря им впечатление от персонала не такое негативное.

Остались очень неприятные впечатления от проживания в отеле Elibol.

Мы приехали с ребёнком около 5:00 утра после дороги и, конечно, рассчитывали хотя бы на понимание со стороны отеля. Однако нас поставили перед выбором: либо доплачивать за ранний заезд, либо сидеть в лобби до 15:00. При этом сначала нам озвучили одну сумму доплаты, затем другую.

Особенно неприятно, что никто даже не попытался войти в наше положение. Мы приехали очень рано, у нас не было разменянных денег. С российскими рублями возникли сложности — нам пришлось искать возможность сделать перевод и снять наличные в турецких лирах, чтобы оплатить предложенную сумму.

При этом наш выезд был запланирован уже на 6:00 утра. Получается, что полноценные сутки проживания мы фактически не использовали. Мы также не воспользовались завтраком и практически не воспользовались утренними часами перед выездом. В такой ситуации, на мой взгляд, можно было бы проявить элементарную клиентоориентированность и пойти навстречу гостям, особенно учитывая, что мы были с ребёнком.

Отдельно хочется сказать про завтрак. Он очень скудный. За стоимость около 200 евро за 3 ночи в Стамбуле можно найти действительно прекрасный отель с гораздо лучшим уровнем сервиса и условий проживания. Здесь же ощущение, что экономия абсолютно на всём.

В номере практически нет одноразовых принадлежностей — из подобных мелочей были только тапочки. Для отеля такого уровня и за такую стоимость это выглядит странно.

Но, к сожалению, общее впечатление от отеля осталось крайне неприятным. Уже с самого приезда возникло ощущение, что интересы гостя здесь стоят далеко не на первом месте. Из-за ситуации с ранним заездом настроение было испорчено практически на весь период пребывания.

Лично я данный отель никому рекомендовать не буду. За эти деньги в Стамбуле можно выбрать гораздо более комфортное место с лучшим отношением к гостям.

Pros:

Pokój był bardzo nowoczesny i wygodny, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Blisko przystanek tramwajowy i stacja Marmaray.

Best hotel in istanbul
Pros:

The hotel was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff is very kind and welcoming and made my trip to Istanbul feel like home. The rooms were quite spacious and were very nicely decorated. The toilet and shower were very clean. I love how the hotel also offers breakfast in the morning which was super good. The location is also really great, you can walk to the main road in 5 minutes and use public transport to go anywhere. The big mosque is only a 10 minutes walk from the hotel and there’s nice food places near the hotel as well. Overall 10/10
