身障者用の駐車場を使いたい旨をメールでお願いし、対応していただきました。
メールでは駐車場のことだけを伝えたんですが、こちらの事情をくんでくださり、バリアフリーの部屋に変更してくださってました。
車椅子でも動きやすい広さの部屋でもちろんバリアフリー！浴室、トイレには手すりもあり快適に過ごすことができました。
短いメールだけで事情を察しての心遣いに感動しました！
