Professionnalisme de l hôtelier qui parle bien le français et qualité des prestations
Pros:

L’accueil des gérants et leurs précieux conseils pour visiter la région, trouver de bonnes adresses, le petit déjeuner très complet et copieux, la propreté des chambres , la piscine dont nous n avons pas pu malheureusement profité compte tenu de la météo, et une belle terrasse

Cons:

Prévoir un certain temps pour descendre à Menaggio à pied (mais nous l avons fait par un chemin sécurisé et conseillé par l hôtelier) , le bus est le bienvenu pour le retour

Propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques Le monsieur parle très bien français Belle piscine
Petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

L’emplacement trop loin du centre obligation de prendre la voiture pour le ferry et centre ville où il y’a très peu de place pour se garer Chambres vieillottes pas de frigo Accès difficile avec différents niveaux d’escalier tout biscornu sans ascenseur Hôtel place au bord de la route très bruyante

I’d happily stay again

Breakfast was fabulous. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was spotless and despite a busy road outside, it was quiet in the room.

El mejor dia en Lago de Como
Pros:

Katerina y Giacomo muy atentos, y super amables. El desayuno super completo con selección de panes , fruta, yogurt , jugos el Capuchino delicioso y los postres muy buenos . El Sr Giacomo, Me ayudó con todo lo relacionado a los horarios del autobús que pasa al frente del hotel.

Zu teuer für das Angebot und Lage
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das freundliche Inhaber-Ehepaar war stets hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Verkehrslärm ab 6 Uhr morgens war enorm. Die Fenster haben den Schall nicht mindern können. Man kann nicht zu Fuß nach Menaggio runter gehen, es gibt keinen Fußweg. Der Parkplatz sollte bei dieser Lage inklusiv sein, wurde aber mit 10 €/Nacht berechnet. Es gab keine deutschen Programme im Fernsehen.

Personnel très accueillant - La chambre très spacieuse très propre- Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet copieux

l'éloignement du lac avec l'obligation de pendre la voiture pour rejoindre le centre ville avec les difficultés de stationnement que cela implique

Pros:

We had a view of the lake from the room and the owner of the hotel was very helpful on giving tips. It is possible to take bus to the center. We did not use the swimming pool but looks very nice. The breakfast was also fresh and delicious.
