Superbe séjour !!
Pros:

Super hôtel très bien entretenu, chambres agréables
Les photos sur booking ne rendent pas très bien, l’hôtel est mieux en vrai ce qui est une agréable surprise !
Nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse avec une belle salle de bain!
La piscine est un peu froide en septembre mais on a su aller dedans. L’hôtel fait snack et cocktails donc on sait boire un Hugo ou un Spritz par ex au bord de la piscine 👌🏼
Le personnel était super sympathique !! Monsieur parle français ce qui est un plus.
On avait hésité à loger à Menaggio pour visiter le lac de Côme mais on ne le regrette pas!! Menoggio c’est beau et calme ☺️

Vraiment top!!

Le lit est fort dur malheureusement.

A warm, welcoming hotel with stunning views, spotless comfort, and hosts who truly care!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing place! We would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed at Adler Hotel on night three of our road trip through France, Switzerland, and Monaco. We arrived in the afternoon so our daughter could still use the swimming pool before we headed off to town.
We were welcomed so nicely, the host is very attentive, kind, helpful, and you can tell that running this place is his passion. We couldn’t praise him more. The swimming pool was very clean, and the whole area around it was kept spotlessly. We had a room with a balcony right above the pool, offering beautiful views of the cascading townhouses on the mountains as well as the lake in the distance.
All rooms have an allocated parking space, which is really convenient.
The beds were to die for! I really need to know what brand they are, as they were some of the best we’ve ever slept in. Crispy linen, and a shower with hydromassage.
Breakfast was delicious, plenty of fresh choices, including freshly squeezed juices and homemade cakes. The lady host was overseeing the tables and the plentiful buffet. She was very kind to our daughter and made her feel truly welcome.
If you are looking for that home‑from‑home place that is warm but not intrusive, and still private, this is it.

Cons:

The location is amazing, right by the church that chants every hour, giving the whole area a truly magical vibe and character. However, it is a bit of a walk to the promenade (old town), and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend doing it with a child, as you need to take the main road where cars drive quite fast. I’m sure there are shortcuts and quick through‑routes, but if you’re not a local, just give up on finding them, especially in the evening, as many of those lanes are very higgledy‑piggledy and you don’t want to risk twisting your ankle.
BUT IT IS NOT A DEAL‑BREAKER!
This place is still absolutely worth staying in. Just take a taxi, stay the night, and enjoy being away from the crowds.

Vraiment très bien, j’y reviendrai
Pros:

Au départ, on s’est trouvés loin du centre mais c’est justement cela qui est génial. En 5 minutes en voiture, on est sur la promenade . En allant à l’extrémité gauche de celle-ci, on trouve un embranchement à gauche P150m, tout au bout de la petite rue , parking gratuit 👍. Donc la distance n’est plus un problème. Accueil, gentillesse, conseils pour les bons plans resto, les propriétaires sont formidables. Pdj très sympa et situation calme. À conseiller.

Прекрасное расположение отеля в горах. Изумительный вид на озеро Комо и горы. Доступность магазинов и интересный путь в Менаджо. Доступность общественного транспорта. Остановка около отеля. Сам отель приятный, наличие бассейна большой плюс. Можно отдохнуть у бассейна с прекрасным видом на горы. Хозяева очень приветливые.

Cons:

Скромный завтрак и отсутствие нормальной еды в ресторане для ужина. Только бутерброды и подобное. Стандартный номера вдоль дороги без звукоизоляции. Спать не возможно, дорога достаточно оживлённая и любой транспорт очень слышно. Как-будто спишь на тротуаре большой минус отелю.

The hotel staff greeted me warmly at check-in and answered my questions clearly. The breakfast was good. However, there is no lift, which made carrying our luggage to the room very difficult. Unfortunately, no staff were available to help us with our bags. Overall, the lack of a lift and assistance with luggage made the stay less convenient.
