La proximité de tout, et le personnel est très sympa.
Hôtel sans ascenseur, personne ne vous aide à monter vos bagages très lourds si vous êtes seule… Le ménage dans les chambres n’est malheureusement pas fait automatiquement… La literie est horrible.
The location and the fact that it was clean
Because of the rain it was kind of leaking from the window and the noise of the leak was really unpleasant
The room size was fine and the room and bathroom adequately clean. The staff at the coffee spot nice.
Staff had blank stares, made you wait without telling you what was going on - zero energy or warmth.
The window shade was broken - could not open the window shade to get light, they did not fix it.
The window was opened by the air con in the window which was not moveable - made the entire room freezing, and cigarette and weed smell from the smokers below entered freely all night. No way to change - I tries to block it by sleeping with my suitcsae in front of the aircon ontop the bed.
The heat went on and off at its own will - making it very hot and then freezing. As it was off when I came, it then melted my suitcase when it turned itself on.
Staff listened to my issue of a curling iron plug breaking into the wall, they said an electrician would check it out, writing or pretending to write it down. It was never checked, the room was not cleaned, the new desk person had no idea what I was talking about when I returned.
They did not clean or service the room.
Loud sex from a neighbor who brought in a prostitute, sounded like it was in your room.

The rooms were cozy, and the location was close to the office. The hotel is also clean.
Not having to climb up 5 flights of crooked stairs. If you have a heart condition find another hotel. The rooms are small, which is ok. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is also conveniently close to a lot of things and the rates were reasonable.
The hotel is in a great central location. It is simple and meets basic needs. The staff are all very nice and helpful
The room was small and the bed was too soft.
Nous avions la chambre avec salle de bain. La chambre était spacieuse. L’établissement était propre. Le personnel est à l’écoute et répond facilement aux différentes demandes comme un sèche cheveux par exemple. Il y a du thé, du café et une fontaine à eau à disposition. L’emplacement est excellent il permet de faire un maximum de visites à pied. Nous avions réservé avec beaucoup d’avance nous avions eu un bon prix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
La literie est le seul point négatif. Le lit grince beaucoup et on s’enfonce dans le matelas. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de faire de bonnes nuits

Hotel położony tak naprawdę w Centrum. Wszędzie jest blisko. Obok stacje metra, restauracje, park. Po prostu wszystko. Fajnie że w hotelu bez żadnych opłat można zrobić kawę, herbatę. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła. Polecam!
