Location great but room in need of TLC
Pros:

Location was great- Eddie was lovely and friendly very helpful!!

Cons:

Room was damp smelling, window area was patched in badly, even with air con on ( which was crazy loud) there was still drops of water falling on the bed. Very loud outside room.

Pros:

Great location, very clean and convenient. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable. Staff is nice and attentive, shared bathrooms were cleaned continuously. Great restaurant right next door.

Pros:

Alojamiento tipo de NY, cómodo y lindo, la habitación tenía para lavarse los dientes etc y en el piso había dos baños compartidos súper limpios

W obiekcie były wszystkie potrzebne urządzenia. Czysto i schludnie. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do przystanku autobusowego i metra. Wszystkie sklepy blisko domu. Gorąco polecam ☺️👍🏻

Pratique mais à améliorer
Pros:

Extrêmement bien situé et le personnel très sympathique, serviable et agréable.

Cons:

Les draps et certaines serviettes n’étaient pas propres.
La chambre n’a jamais été faite en une semaine de présence.
La salle de bains partagée n’est pas très pratique.
Pas d’ascenseur ce qui n’est guère pratique quand on a des bagages lourds à monter.
Extrêmement bruyant : murs très fins , alarme anti incendie qui se déclenche en pleine nuit inutilement, voisins de chambre qui mettent la musique à fond (le personnel a tout fait néanmoins pour faire baisser le volume sonore mais hélas sans succès), femme de ménage qui passe l’aspirateur à 22 h 00 de manière bruyante ou très tôt le matin.

Price reasonable and the position is great. Quite clean for an aged facility.

Cons:

No in room microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. But these are available downstairs.

Good sleeps at Flatiron
Pros:
