Pros:

Hotel im Südlichen Etna Gebiet
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen vom Platz großzügig. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, einen Parkplatz zu finden ist kein Problem. Die Lage zum südlichen Etna Gebiet ist hervorragend. Die Seilbahn, Restaurant und Touren-Buchung sind fußläufig entfernt. Das Hotel eignet sich, wenn man Wandern bzw. den Etna besuchen will.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, aber die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht modern.

Great place to stay if you want to stay on Etna.
Pros:

We wanted to stay on Etna and this seemed to be the only hotel. The room was good with a great balcony and good breakfast.

Cons:

Would have been better if we could have ate in the hotel but they seemed to cater more for the lunch market than the dinner market. The hotel organised a dinner with a discount for us 10 min walk way at another hotel.

Pros:

Lo staff è stato super accogliente dall'arrivo al check out. La camera era pulita ed era ben fornita con una doccia high tech con radio , luci e uggelli per massaggio. Inoltre meravigliosa la presenza di sky nelle camere. La spa era pulita ed aveva tutti i servizi. La sauna una delle più belle dove sono stato. La colazione abbondante dal dolce al salto e di qualità.

Cons:

La vasca idromassaggio un pò piccola e l'asciugacapelli nella stanza è di quelli da muro quindi per chi ha dei capelli lunghi praticamente inutile.

L’emplacement est au top ainsi que le personnel, nous avons pu profiter du spa qui est un plus après notre randonnée, la chambre est très propre

Cons:

La salle d’eau entièrement rénové et moderne dommage que la chambre et l’accueil sont un peu vieillot, l’insonorisation est à revoir nous avons malheureusement été réveillé par nos voisins de chambre en pleine nuit

Welcoming, restful wellness suite and super breakfast.
Pros:

Location was great after visiting Mount Etna. The wellness suite was a very welcome attraction and hosts were as welcoming as the wellness suite was suite.
A very good selection for breakfast to set you up for the day.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor with little view or natural light.

Parfait pour faire une excursion Etna sud
Pros:

L’accueil est très sympa ( même en français), l’emplacement est au top (10 mn à pied du départ des sorties Etna sud), voiture garée devant l’hôtel,dîner au restaurant du refuge excellent, un petit déjeuner varié et copieux et pour se détendre un spa
