God hotel i 2000 meter på Etna.
Pros:

God placering i forhold til Etna. God morgenmad. Godt indrettet værelse med tagterrasse.

Cons:

Spa’en trænger til udskiftning af møbler. Se billede. Toilettet på det ene værelse var ikke rengjort tilstrækkeligt til vores smag. Se billede.

A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location with exceptional service and comfortable rooms!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel at home straight away. The hotel offered fantastic value for money, especially considering its location close to Mount Etna. Our room was spotless, and the daily housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, so there was something for everyone, and the spa was the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring Mount Etna.

Cons:

There wasn't really anything that detracted from our stay. If I had to be picky, some areas of the hotel feel a little traditional in style, but everything was well maintained and very clean.

Excelente localização para quem quiser fazer atividades no Etna.
Pros:

A localização é a simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Entra luz no quarto assim que o sol nasce pois as persianas do nosso quarto estão estragadas e o pequeno almoço apesar de ter variedade tem pouca qualidade.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter bieten einen sehr guten Service. Stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und auskunftsfreudig. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstück ist von guter Qualität und sehr vielseitig, viel Deftiges, Süßes und Obst zur Auswahl.

Pros:

L’établissement est idéalement situé proche des remontées et autres activités touristiques. Le parking à disposition est gratuit. Notre chambre était spacieuse et disposait d’une salle de bain rénovée et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres est légère mais est acceptable pour un court séjour.
