Pros:

Mooi hotel, zeer goed gelegen. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Kamer met terras gekregen, terwijl we dit niet geboekt hadden. Personeel heeft ons een veilige plaats voor de fietsen aangeboden. Parking aan het hotel. Goed advies ivm restaurants.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets.
Het was wel raar dat je een betaalparking moest binnenrijden om aan het hotel te geraken.
Maar die betaalparking wordt betaald door het hotel.

Do tego obiektu trafiliśmy przez przypadek ,gdyż zawsze korzystaliśmy z hotelu Artist ale tym razem nie było wolnych pokoi więc wybór padł na Garni hotel i wracając do Suboticy już tak pozostanie. Lepszy parking, dogodniejsze położenie ,ciekawszy widok z balkonu a i apartamentowi nie można nic zarzucić. Śniadanie smaczne i urozmaicone.

Cons:

Brak expresu do kawy . Kawa ,która była serwowana w dzbanku na śniadaniu jak dotarliśmy właśnie się skończyła.

Great location, spacious room, beautiful bathroom, nice breakfast, great staff who didn’t even ask why we decided to leave earlier (which is good in a way that they don’t wanna get into your privacy and mind they own business).

Cons:

The biggest problem was the smell in the room. It was very unpleasant and reminded us of cigarette smoke, unwashed laundry, and an unclean air conditioner. The pillows, duvet, and even the towels had the same unpleasant smell, so we couldn’t really relax or sleep well.

The bed was also not very comfortable and was quite low. It was noticeable that the pillow underneath the pillowcase was yellow.

I think the hotel has a lot of potential, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to comfort and cleanliness. In particular, the hotel should seriously address the unpleasant smell in the rooms, replace pillows regularly, improve the washing of bed linen and towels, and pay more attention to the overall freshness and cleanliness of the rooms.

Svima preporučujem hotel garni.
Pros:

Doručak je bio sjajan, a lokacija je u samom centru grada. Ne može bliže gradskoj kući i šetalištu.

Cons:

Sve je bilo kako treba bez ikakve žalbe.

Excellent hotel just a jew steps away from the City Hall, great location, clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here couple times already and planning to stay again soon.
