При заселении требуют свидетельство о заключении брака.
В номере не было туалетной бумаги.

À fuir ! Une fois arriver à 21h nous apprenons, ma copine et moi même, que seuls les couples mariés peuvent séjourner dans cet hôtel. Alors le réceptionniste nous propose un remboursement sans autre solution… et pour finir il nous rembourse mais pas la somme que nous avons payé. Vraiment à fuir !

Na 2 nachten vertrokken naar sulawesi. Surabaya trok ons niet, we werden wel prima geholpen met de verdere reis.

Nous nous sommes fait refuser l'entrée car nous ne sommes pas un couple marié alors que nous avions une réservation.
Nous n'avons pas eu de remboursement.

Pros:

De locatie dicht bij de tolweg of met een grab naar diverse malls in de omgeving zelf is er weinig de dichtstbijzijnde indo of alfamarkt is 10 a15 minuten lopen voor een paar nachten voor alleen slapen is het prima geen ontbijt alleen koffie of thee in de coffee bar de kamer is netjes niet overdreven groot de badkamer is toilet en douche geschieden door een glaswand niet groot maar het kan

Je krijgt wat je op de foto's ziet voor een zeer aantrekkelijke prijs dus valt het zeker niet tegen en kan je in principe niet zeggen wat er tegen valt

Pros:

• très bon rapport qualité prix
• très bon emplacement : à 2 pas de la grande mosquée de Surabaya
• la chambre est très propre et très confortable
• climatisation
• serviette de toilette, brosse à dents, bouteilles d’eau, gel douche disponibles
• personnel sympathique
• café en bas de l’hébergement

Cons:

• enfants dans le couloir qui ont fait énormément de bruit le soir et à 5h du matin… Mais absolument pas la faute de l’établissement :)
