personel bardzo pomocny , śniadania bardzo dobre- każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie

czystość w pokoju( zniszczone brudne ozdoby na pościeli; oraz ślady rdzy i kamienia w łazience;
niezbyt czytelne informacje dotyczące możliwości skorzystania z wody do picia; karafka do wody była umieszczona w mało widocznym miejscu i postawiona na zużytej karteczce z informacją dotyczącą możliwości skorzystania z wody na korytarzu);
mała ilość kosmetyków dla dwóch dorosłych osób( dwie saszetki żelu do ciała oraz do mycia włosów na dwa dni), myślałam, że kosmetyki w pokojach to już standard;
brak chusteczek jednorazowych to też duża nie wygoda( po nocy spędzonej w pokoju i skorzystaniu z klimatyzacji nos wycierałam w papier toaletowy).;
nie zauważyłam w hotelu informatorów o atrakcjach Suwałki i Suwalszczyzny-natomiast w kilku miejscach w hotelu widziałam informatory biura podróży nakłaniających do skorzystania z ich pomocy w wyjeździe do Grecji. Byłam tym zniesmaczona.

Pros:

The hotel has a very good location right in the city centre, with plenty of shops nearby. It was possible to park in a public parking area next to the hotel, but the hotel also offers private parking for a very reasonable price.
There is a fairly spacious terrace on the top floor where you can sit and relax. Our room was very clean, quiet and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family.
In my opinion, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food and something for every taste.
