Hotel from before 1990
Pros:

Cheap, located centrally in the town - although town looked dead in the evening, there were open good restaurants in walking distance.
I got a free upgrade to Apartment (two big rooms, balcony)

Cons:

Attention, Google Maps navigate you into Pedestrian Zone. Put "Komenského 233/25" in navigation to reach hotel parking.
Hotel has before-1990 interior. Breakfast was quite poor.
