Das Zimmer war spärlich, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Nähe zu den Haltestellen der Straßenbahnen, die man als über 70 Jähriger kostenfrei nutzen kann war gut. Das Hotel Victoria ist eins der ganz wenigen Hotels in Stettin, in dem man mit der Deutschen Sprache kommunizieren kann. Im Restaurant gibt es eine deutschsprachige Speisekarte.

Cons:

Im Zimmerfernseher sind alle deutschsprachigen Sender deinstalliert worden. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies mit Anweisungen aus der politischen Führung der Stadt Stettin zwangsweise vollzogen. Stettin liegt 10 km von der deutschen Grenze entfernt. Das sind Vorkommnisse, die einer möglichen Versöhnung mit Polen entgegenstehen.

A hotel we will never return to
Pros:

Convenient parking in the city parking lot. Free on weekends.
Good location of the hotel, close to the city center. The breakfast was of good quality, but with a small selection of dishes.

Cons:

The hotel interior, especially the room, took us back to the 90s :)
