Pros:

Excellent value for money. The breakfast was brilliant, with fresh food options. The bed was very comfortable, just the right level of firmness. Staff were a highlight, especially the night receptionist, who was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The daytime receptionist was also helpful and supportive.

Cons:

few minor issues: the coffee selection was limited (though there were good tea options), the shower’s hot water pressure could be stronger, and there’s no elevator, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues. The daytime reception staff could benefit from a bit more training, though they were still helpful.
