Uncomfortable and stressful
Pros:

The only thing that was nice maybe was the washroom was ok.

Cons:

Honestly nothing. Staff was not helpful, i stayed for 2 days but they registered me for one. No airport pickup, its just an advertisement. Breakfast was bad, babies crying during night. Our room’s door didn’t close properly.

Комнаты просторные, чистые. Есть бассейн, где вода теплая. Есть сауны, где тоже очень чисто. Есть фитнес. Завтрак разнообразный. Девочки на ресепшене очень приветливые, Диёра и Машхура. Помогали по всем вопросам оперативно.

Cons:

Временами свет выключался и интернет не работал, местами не было теплой воды. Оборудования в фитнес зале были пыльными. Телефон в комнате не работает.

понравилось всё, особенно то что у меня был ранный выезд и мне сотрудники приготовили завтрак с собой. Это говорит о том, что гостиница заботится о своих клиентах.
Также хочу выразить особую благодарность сотруднице гостиницы по имени Диёра, за вежливость и чуткое отношение.

Прекрасный отель. Лучший, в котором мы останавливались в Ташкенте.
Был организован бесплатный трансфер, сотрудники на стойке регистрации Диёра и Тимур делали свою работу на высшем уровне.
Заселили нас в 11 часов, номер был уже готов и идеально чистый. Без каких либо доплат, как запрашиваю другие отели.
Организовали бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт.
+ помогли выбрать топовый ресторан с местной кухней, до которого так же организовали такси.
