Pros:

Location was good and we enjoyed breakfast. Near by there is some supermarket for groceries and snacks. The staff was very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Rip off pick up price but hotel is fine

Variety at breakfast. We were able to eat despite being vegan!
Room was quite standard. Slept well.
Bottled water in reception

Cons:

The hotel offered to pick us up from the station for $20. Do you know how much we paid in a yandex…less than $2. The hotel should be ashamed to even offer that. The same with going to the airport. It’s $2 in a yandex.
Release the bird from the cage in reception!!! Animal cruelty.
Pool is fine but it is really busy so don’t expect relaxation.

Pros:

Everything, from cleanliness to the width of the room to the delicious breakfast. Special mention for the toiletries available: liquid soaps had a wonderful smell (pomegranate maybe), which is hard to find but lovely. Bring your swimming costume, I regret having left it at home.

Cons:

Not close to metro, but easily solvable with extremely cheap rides with yandex go. Definitely not a problem

Bon hôtel, personnel nickel, mais spa privatif gâché par une piscine glaciale
Pros:

Dans l’ensemble, un hôtel-spa avec des équipements et un confort corrects, sans problème majeur à signaler côté chambre — si ce n’est, une fois de plus, une fuite au niveau du flexible de douche dans la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner était plus ou moins complet, sans être exceptionnel.
Nuit passée dans une suite familiale.

En dehors de ce point, rien à redire sur le personnel, qui a été irréprochable et très professionnel du début à la fin du séjour.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne le spa privatif que nous avions loué : la piscine était glaciale, à une température rendant sa baignade tout simplement impossible. C’est d’autant plus regrettable qu’il s’agissait d’une prestation payante en privatif — on est en droit d’attendre une eau à une température correcte pour pouvoir en profiter

Mir hat die ruhige Lage, der vorhandene Pool, das ausreichende Frühstück gut gefallen. Das Personal war auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Beim zweiten Aufenthalt, haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen mit Blick auf eine Betonmauer, nicht unbedingt einladend. Im Badezimmer gibt es überhaupt keine Ablage Möglichkeit z.B. für einen Kulturbeutel.

Очень хороший отель, персонал доброжелательный, чисто. Бассейн чистый, комфортного размера. Классная зона отдыха около бассейна, есть лежаки, кресла коконы. Все очень хорошо. Рекомендую 👍

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество, есть всё необходимое, доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

В этом году в некоторых номерах чуствовался запах канализации, а в одном из номеров - сильный запах химии (как на складе стирального порошка).
Персонал по возможности шел навтречу и менял номера на другие.имеющиеся в наличии.
