First of all, otel was clean, I stayed with my daughter, we liked. Everything was good and staff too. Location is perfect and near otel you can find all necessary market and restaurant if you need them

Грязно, в туалете на полу лужа воды постоянно протекает унитаз, в комнате прямо у изголовья весит кондиционер из которого тоже льется вода прямо на прикроватную тумбу 🤦🏻‍♀️

Уютные, большие номера, вкусные завтраки, чистота в номерах, хорошее обслуживание, вежливый, внимательный персонал, реагируют на все быстро, максимально стараются помочь решить все вопросы, большое спасибо администратору Наргиз.

Понравилось наличие завтрака, большой номер и бутилированная вода в номере.

Cons:

Забронировала номер. Приехала вечером поздно. Администратор за стойкой меня встретила взглядом ,,а вы кто такая, а мы вас не ждали,,. Было ощущение, что меня сейчас выставят из отеля. Администратор не сказала, что кондиционер включается, если карту вложить в кармашек у входа в номер. Всю ночь спала в духоте. За номер заплатила больше на 6 $, чем показывал Booking com (туристический сбор), хотя Booking обычно показывает цену со всеми сборами и налогами. В номере была грязная стена: облита кофе или и.п., из- под унитаза хорошо текло.
Никогда не вернусь в этот Отель.
