לא שווה את האלף שקל לילה, שירות והרגשה של אכסניה בציון כולל, היונים באוכל זה היה מגעיל, ולא סטרילי!!

**לא סטרילי!! בארוחת הבוקר, אולצנו לשבת בחוץ- יונים עם חרקים עפות על הראש, מגעיל ממש ירדו ולקחנו אוכל מהצלחות!!
חרקים נפלו מהם לצלחות חוייה מזעזעת!!!

נראה שאין מספיק מקום בארוחת הבוקר להכיל כמות גדולה של אורחים בסוף שבוע, נאלצנו להמתין זמן רב מחוץ לחדר אוכל,
עם צ'קרית שלא כיבדה כלל את אורחי המלון, שפה פוגענית ומזלזלת, גלגלה עיניים!
בסוף בלית ברירה, אולצנו להיות במרפסת בחוץ, רק לאחר עוד זמן רב, ארגנו לנו שולחן, ואנחנו לבד היינו צריכים למצוא כסאות, ולקח עוד 30 דקות עד שהצלחנו לאתר כלי סכום!!

**שימו לב! פנינו לצוות המלון! שזלזל, לרבות מנהל, שאמר לנו שזה לא כמו בבית, וניתק לנו טלפון בפנים! לא מומלץ כלל, תודעת שירות לאורח נמוכה מאוד.

**אזהרה- לא מתאים לחופשת עסקים!
טלויזיה, שירותי ערוצים, ונטפליקס לא עבדו כלל, בכל המלון- כל החופשה היינו צריכים להמתין בחדר לטכנאים ולאחזקה.
לא ניתן לחבר את הטלויזיה ל HDMI, בשביל מחשב וכו', הטלויזיות כן חכמות, יש חיבור, אך המלון חסם את האפשרות הטכנולוגית, אני מבקרת בהמון מלונות, בחיים שלי לא יצא לי להיות במלון שלא מאפשר HDMI, ולא טכנולוגי כלל!! וזה אחרי שהם אומרים שכן יש להם חיבור HDMI, ושירותי נטפליקס עובדים, זה שקר.

***המתנו המון זמן לפני שהחלטנו לדרג, נתנו להם הזדמנות להגיב, אך אני באמת חושבת שלא כדאי להזמין חופשה שם.
עד היום, עברו מספר שבועות, הם לא חזרו אלינו, והתעלמו מהפניות שלנו גם להנהלת מלונות דן, וגם ליחסי הציבור של המלון, שרון.
***המלצה שלי, אל תזמינו פה, לפחות במקומות אחרים, למשל ישרוטל יש ביטוח לאורח, עם מדיניות פיצוי והם תמיד חוזרים ומטפלים.
לא שווה את האלף שקל לילה, אין תמורה כלל. הרגיש כמו אכסניה לפי ציון כולל.

ממליץ מאוד. לגבי שבת היה מאוד עמוס עקב שבת חתן ומשלחת שהגיעו איתנו
Pros:

הבחור בקבלה קוראים לו ירדן עזר לנו מהרגע הראשון ובדק שכל הבקשות שלנו נענות לחיוב. איש זהב ומגיע לו המון כבוד. ביקשנו מגבות נוספות ואחרי מספר דקות כבר דפק לנו בדלת עובד עם זוג מגבות חדשות.

Cons:

המעליות - 2 הוקצו לפיקוד שבת ונשארו רק 3 מעליות ל18 קומות. היה עמוס וכל עלייה/ירידה במעלית גזל זמן רב (10-15 דקות).
