A disappointing stay, mainly due to the cold welcome and lack of hospitality.
Cons:

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing stays of my trip in Kerala.

From the moment I arrived, the welcome was cold and unfriendly. There was barely a greeting before I was asked for my passport, and I never felt genuinely welcomed as a guest.

The atmosphere throughout the property felt strangely rigid and uncomfortable. Even dinner had to be decided and ordered well in advance, which made the whole experience feel more like following a schedule than enjoying a relaxing hotel stay.

The restaurant was particularly uninviting, with very little atmosphere, and the overall experience did not match what I expected from the description and photos of the property.

The location and surroundings have potential, but hospitality makes a huge difference — and unfortunately, that was what was missing most during my stay.

For me, this property did not live up to expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

A wonderful welcoming place with the BEST staff
Pros:

Loved the buildings but most of all the staff are just BRILLIANT and were loads of fun and so kind to my youngest son, with whom I was travelling

Cons:

I thought that there was a bit of rubbish here and there but nothing awful!

A wonderful place to stay if you want to experience nature for a few days. The property was quiet, surrounded by greenery and nicely maintained. The room was spacious and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They also helped us with local recommendations, which made our stay even better. Great food, warm hospitality and an overall relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Check in rapide après un long voyage
Pressing. En place des notre arrivée à ma demande Spetacle planifié avec tuk tuk le soir de l arrivée.
Un plain rice pour mon fils malade. Et le lendemain également il a géré ce que nous souhaitions faire et même une négociation pour le safari en jeep..vraiment au top!
Personnel de la cuisine également souriant avec le petit bonjour qui fait plaisir.
Très bonne adresse!
