A spoiled property
Pros:

The rooms size and arrangement was good

Cons:

Toilets were unclean, looked like roomnboys were running the administration, they took my special adaptor for charging several devices with me, once i realize and asked them , they told they didnt find. With out putting any effort to check in their side. Completely un professional people, sad to see such a strling property that too in my state. Lesson learned , dont book a property based on its overall rating.

Excellent hospitality and great place to stay with family on your trip.
Pros:

Excellent amenities. Family friendly. To mention specially, the breakfast was truely worth for the day. Good rooms and very supportive staffs. Excellent hospitality, Tasty food and great place to stay with family on your trip.

Cons:

The swimming pool should have proper lighting to facilitate safe usage for kids and adults. There was lack of proper lights in the pool too.

Overall Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The absolute highlight of our stay was the room size—it felt just like a cozy, full-sized one-bedroom apartment. The hotel provides most necessary amenities, and the overall breakfast spread was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and tried their best throughout our visit.

Cons:

On the downside, the room lacked a mini-fridge. The pool isn't temperature-controlled, making it too cold to enjoy comfortably. The bakery section at breakfast could also use an upgrade, as options were limited and the bread was quite hard. Lastly, the property is located a bit far from the valley, and the hotel seemed slightly understaffed during our stay.

Good stay at Thekkady
Pros:

Compared to other Sterling hotels, this one a small property. Slightly away from the main junction, the location of hotel is peace & calm. The main market is just a walk away from the hotel. Our room was spacious, there was a bedroom & a living room.

Cons:

We were expecting to have a good breakfast but due to low occupancy there was no buffet. The staff seemed a bit confused to deliver the food we ordered. Otherwise a good stay.

Pros:

This hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spotless and well-maintained. Every member of the staff is kind, polite, and professional. Their manners and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located near the market, so you can easily go out to eat, shop, or explore the area. It's right in the heart of the town, which makes everything very accessible.
We had a wonderful experience staying here. We would like to sincerely thank everyone for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Will not recommend due to staff behaviour

The staff was not attentive at all.. i ordered the food and asked for the salad which he bought after half an hour when we finished our lunch..
