Sehr gutes freundliches Ferienhotel mit Guter Lage/ Küchr

Hervorragende Lage über Toplita am Waldrand / sehr gute Küche -freundliche Bedienung

Cons:

Ausschilderung der Anfahrt zum Hotel -unübersichtliche Zufahrt/ Parkplatz nicht gut fuer Motorradfahrer nutzbar (Schotter)

Profesionalismul, amabilitatea, curatenia, micul dejun exceptional, linistea, dotarile. Chiar daca a plouat si nu am putut benefia la maxim de toate beneficiile( locuri de joaca, teren, saune) pensiunea este superba si o recomandam cu drag. Exista camere cu paturi suprapuse pentru copii, balcon mare precum si o gramada de atractii: foarte aproape sania alpina de la Toplita, caluti, ponei, locuri de joaca, cascada termala, etc

Am avut o ședere la Pensiunea Banffy Toplita, iar experiența a fost exact conform așteptărilor descrierii, fără discrepanțe între prezentare și realitate. Camerele sunt curate, confortabile și bine întreținute, iar serviciile oferite respectă standardele promise.

Personalul s-a remarcat prin amabilitate constantă, indiferent de tură, fiind mereu disponibil, politicos și orientat spre a oferi suport rapid și eficient. Atitudinea lor serviabilă contribuie semnificativ la o experiență plăcută și relaxantă.

Un alt aspect deosebit este peisajul absolut mirific, care completează perfect atmosfera locației și oferă un cadru ideal pentru odihnă și deconectare.

The soup at dinner was cold and service wasnt good. The sauna and other facilities are for extra charge… not pleased honestly
